Lead and manage all areas of compensation, benefits, salary, labor laws, job architecture infrastructure, HR analytics, benchmarking data, salary survey, monitor modern trends in compensation plans, pay for performance plans.
Dive deep into data and numbers to build and improve fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans align with the total cash philosophy and companys strategic plan.
Full responsibility for the salary budget - building, controlling, analyzing and presenting to executive levels.
In charge of all variable-pay programs.
Tools and systems - set up effective tools and systems for C B routines.
Playing a key role in policy formulation as well as implementation, locally and globally with company subsidiaries.
Requirements: 3 years (at minimum) of Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Lead/Manager or similar role.
Academic degree in relevant fields (Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or accounting).
Experience and Knowledge in compensation models, incentive plans, bonus programs, stock options plans and salary surveys.
Extensive knowledge in labor laws.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel mandatory.
Great people skills reflected in teamwork, consulting and persuasion.
Fluent English.
