What Youll Do:
 Lead complex business projects with U.S. clients from start to finish
 Develop and execute bold business development strategies to grow our American footprint
 Plan and manage culturally tailored marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
 Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships across industries
 Take ownership of U.S. tender processes from drafting to submission and follow-up
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the bridge between global and local operations
 Report directly to executive leadership, offering insights that shape our U.S. market strategy
Requirements:  5+ years of hands-on experience in business development or project management in global markets (U.S. experience required)
 Proven track record of leading marketing campaigns and client-facing projects in the American market
 Experience managing tenders in the U.S. strong plus
 Native-level English written and spoken
 Exceptional team leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
 Bachelors degree (required), Masters (a plus)
 Availability to work in U.S. time zones
