Towers representative to the customer, and our customers advocate in the company, from NPI to EOL, including mask making, protos, production, delivery, PCN, RMA, and FA. 
 Act, along with COM, as THE FAB interface for all customer matters.
 Manage prototype activities: T/O, NPF, proto run, PSM, PSR, SWRs, etc.
 Ensure that product yield expectations and targets are set; facilitate activities for yield and quality enhancement. 
 Facilitate  Technical Support during production: Corner, MRB,  TEST, Yield analysis, reliability issues.
 Represent the customer and their interests for internal decision making processes, including MRB, CCB, and PCN.
 Primary focal point for customer help tickets. 
 Owner of customer feedback processes, including QBRs, scorecards, site visits; proactively drive action items leading to customer delight.
Requirements:  BSc/MSc in engineering Must
 Degree in electrical/material/chemical engineering Advantage
 5 years of engineering experience in Semiconductor Big advantage
 Experience in working with global customers Advantage
 Fluent English writing and speaking
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent negotiation skills, both internal and external
 Strong program management skills
 Willing to work in non-conventional hours
