Requirements: Lead the Global Service function in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company
Develop and manage support strategy for partners and direct customers
Own the Global Service P L: financial reporting, performance, and cost control
Build and lead a high-performing service team focused on customer success
Oversee installation, project management, field and remote service, and business development
Allocate resources across HQ and regional teams for scalable, reliable service
Champion customer satisfaction using data, KPIs, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with R D, Sales, and Operations to enhance service performance
Establish a scalable service framework to support new technologies and products
