We are looking for a skilled Junior cyber architect to to join our information security team, specializing in IT infrastructure and cloud environments, with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure The role includes responsibility for designing, implementing, and improving information security solutions in both cloud and on-premises environments, while collaborating closely with engineering, IT, and SecOps teams.
A full-time on-site position, based in North Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and improve information security solutions in Azure environments, including the use of Azure Security Center Defender for Cloud Sentinel, and more.
* Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and provide recommendations for security improvements across cloud and on-prem infrastructures.
* Define security policies, perform system hardening, manage permissions, and implement security controls.
* Prepare architecture documents, procedures, and security reports.
* Collaborate with SecOps teams, providing hands-on assistance with security tools when necessary (though not as a primary function of the role).

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical work, managing a team of IT professionals while remaining deeply involved in daily operations and projects. Youll oversee all aspects of IT, cloud, and R&D lab infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 availability and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead global IT, Cloud, and R&D Lab infrastructure operations, maintaining continuous system availability.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective IT solutions.
Develop and enforce SOPs and policies for backup, disaster recovery, security, change control, operations, and networking.
Manage user identity and access control across the organization.
Oversee global MDM and EDR solutions. Maintain and track IT software, hardware, and equipment inventory.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, training, and technical guidance.
Evaluate IT requirements, select technologies and vendors, and drive cost-effective best practices.
Implement and maintain security strategies and compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001, SOC2).
Lead IT projects from design to implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Monitor and analyze IT system performance to optimize cost and efficiency.
