Were looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our global technology infrastructure.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical work, managing a team of IT professionals while remaining deeply involved in daily operations and projects. Youll oversee all aspects of IT, cloud, and R&D lab infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 availability and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead global IT, Cloud, and R&D Lab infrastructure operations, maintaining continuous system availability.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective IT solutions.
Develop and enforce SOPs and policies for backup, disaster recovery, security, change control, operations, and networking.
Manage user identity and access control across the organization.
Oversee global MDM and EDR solutions. Maintain and track IT software, hardware, and equipment inventory.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, training, and technical guidance.
Evaluate IT requirements, select technologies and vendors, and drive cost-effective best practices.
Implement and maintain security strategies and compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001, SOC2).
Lead IT projects from design to implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Monitor and analyze IT system performance to optimize cost and efficiency.
Requirements: Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing an IT team. Proven experience leading complex IT projects.
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience managing virtual environments (VMware).
Experience with ticketing systems (Freshservice preferred). Customer-oriented mindset with a track record of improving User Experience through IT solutions.
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to improving IT processes and services.
Fluent English required.
