"A newly established international company with operations and financial interests across multiple jurisdictions is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead and build its finance function. The organization operates across diverse regulatory environments and requires a senior finance executive with the expertise, gravitas, and drive to establish world-class financial infrastructure across all entities.
This is a relocation position.
Role Overview: Senior executive reporting directly to the CEO. This is a ""build-from-the-ground-up"" mandate to establish and lead the finance function for a newly formed international organization across multiple jurisdictions.
Initial Phase (Establishment):
Design and implement all financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
Select and deploy ERP systems and accounting software.
Recruit and train finance
Requirements: CPA (Certified Public Accountant): Non-negotiable requirement.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MSc is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent.
Proven experience building a finance department from scratch within a multinational environment.
Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional financial operations and international taxation.
Exceptional professional integrity, the ability to operate independently in a dynamic setting, and full professional fluency in English.
