Baran International is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead the full EPC execution of a new 100 MW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant in one of the eastern Europe countries.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
1015 years of proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary EPC projects in the power generation or process industry (end-to-end responsibility).
Proven record as a Project or Engineering Manager on complex power or industrial facilities, with direct leadership of engineering and construction teams.
Specific experience with engine-based (RICE) power plants and CHP systems strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to personally engage in technical problem-solving, including design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
Comprehensive understanding of all project phases: permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.
Solid grasp of commercial, contractual, and legal aspects of international EPC projects.
