The Role:
This role is central to driving operational excellence across the support organization, ensuring teams can deliver fast, high-quality service at scale. It leads the design and continuous improvement of support processes, workflows, and policies, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. The position owns performance measurement through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics, translating data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. It also partners closely with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, tools, and end-to-end support experiences. With broad ownership and visibility, this role empowers the individual to influence how support operates globally, drive meaningful change, and elevate both customer and employee experience through smarter, more scalable operations. The Support Operations Lead will be measured on:

Who You Are:
A highly organized and data-driven Support Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our customer and technical support organization. This role is responsible for optimizing support processes, managing support systems and tools, delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics, and enabling support teams to operate efficiently at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise, analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a passion for improving customer and employee experiences.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Support Operations & Process Management
* Design, implement, and continuously improve support processes, workflows, and operational standards.
* Identify inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Drive initiatives to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
* Lead operational readiness for new product launches, feature releases, and organizational changes.
* Collaborate with Support Leadership, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams.
Performance Management & Analytics
* Define and monitor key support KPIs
* Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into support performance and trends.
* Analyze operational data and present recommendations to leadership. Systems & Tools Administration
* Own and optimize support platforms such as CRM, ticketing, workforce management, and knowledge management systems.
* Partner with IT, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams on system integrations and enhancements.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI-powered support solutions.

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Head of DevOps to lead and scale our global DevOps team. In this strategic role, you will transform our very complex setup and configuration process, which is currently text-based and manual, into a semi-automated and scalable.. You will be responsible for shaping our DevOps culture, driving automation, and managing the allocation of DevOps resources.. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with engineering, QA, and client delivery teams. Revolution / transformation
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of DevOps engineers.
* Oversee environment versioning, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.
* revolutionize our text-based configuration into a generator-based process, supporting a quick span to multiple servers and flexibility to development expansions.
* Drive DevOps knowledge collection and team training - the DevOps team should be the Gold standard as to how to configure and deploy any component or module.
* Manage the team - recruit, train, allocate tasks, supervise delivery. (Note that you are not expected to be the technical leader).
* Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including monitoring, incident response, and security hardening.
* Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery. Location:

Requirements:
Requirements
* 7+ years of DevOps /SRE experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
* Experience working with multiple external customers.
* Strong knowledge of version control systems: Git and SVN.
* Strong background in Linux systems administration (preferably RedHat 8).
* Experience with Database applicative versioning
* Experience with large, non-cloud-based systems
* Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
* Experience managing production systems in a mission-critical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, especially low-latency trading systems.
* Familiarity with RPM packaging and software delivery processes.
* Hands-on experience with MariaDB/MySQL, including DBA -level management and tuning.
* Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Solace), Solarflare network cards, and BigData tooling.
* Background in optimizing C ++ applications on Linux is a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of security best practices on-prem environments.
* Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
* Expertise in automation tools (Ansible preferred) and infrastructure scripting.
* Experience writing internal technical documentation and release notes.
* Deep understanding of container technologies, especially Docker.
