As we expand our customer base and continue to grow our product offering, we are seeking a Development Group Leader to lead a team of engineers working on high-performance, mission-critical systems.

The development group consists of approximately 120 engineers across various roles, including core development, GUI development, QA, DevOps, and DBA, all working with a range of technologies. The software we develop operates in microsecond latencies and is used by all our customers, though it is not multi-tenant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sprint planning and ensure effective project delivery.
Directly manage part of the development team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Oversee system architecture during design reviews, ensuring optimal solutions.
Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements.
Take ownership of the full development cycle, from specifications through design, coding, and unit testing.
Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and reliability across all software products.

We are looking for a backend team lead to join our team and make a real impact in our R&D department! As a backend team lead, your mission will be to lead a team of software engineers toward the development of exciting new products while staying close to the ground with hands-on coding. You will influence the team's technical direction as well as onboard, mentor, and manage talented developers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the full development life cycle, including design, architecture, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable code using agile methodologies. We seek someone extremely technical with leadership experience who loves to solve interesting tech challenges, can see the big picture, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership paired with excellent communication skills. This position will be based out of Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem and will report to the VP R&D.

What you will be responsible for:

* Break down and plan tasks, including high-level design
* Run team sync meetings to identify blockers and communicate cross-team
* Own tech decisions and initiate decision-making discussions
* Management: onboard, mentor and manage team members HR aspects (time off, 1:1, plan and evaluate employee growth, etc.)
* Hands-on development (~30%)
* Monitor the system 's stability
* Develop high-level estimations for all work items
* Manage the Jira board and inter-team communication
* Push for shipping high-quality products on time
* Own relevant repos, codebase, CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps of the teams infrastructure
* Update, upgrade, monitor, and replace 3rd party libs

You will join our companys Release Management team. The team owns the Release lifecycle, includes scheduling, coordinating and management of the ADAS & AV SW releases.
You will be responsible for developing integration scripts and tools, implementing and managing release processes for code through development, integration, and test environments, collaborating with all participants in Algo/Software Development, Product Management, and Projects.
What your job will look like:
Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within quality, and meet or exceed expectations
Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate and deploy software releases to various platforms
Work with Integration Engineers to understand the impact of branching and code merges
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes
Continuously Release Reporting, Communicate release details and schedules
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
Constantly work towards making improvements in the release process
Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
Research new software development, configuration management methodologies, and technologies and analyze their application to the company's needs.

we are seeking a highly technical and experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead the Development Infrastructure Group, a team of over 180 engineers, project/product managers, and support engineers. This role is responsible for the architecture, development, and operational excellence of our companys core infrastructure that powers big data processing, high-performance cloud computing, and large-scale re-simulation for autonomous vehicle development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering, distributed systems, cloud computing, and data engineering, along with a proven ability to manage large teams and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
What your job will look like;
Provide technical vision and strategic direction for all three infrastructure domains.
Participate in design and architecture discussions, ensuring technical trade-offs align with business goals.
Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices in software development.
Interface with top management, internal stakeholders, and external customers, advocating for infrastructure improvements and driving adoption of advanced technologies.
Identify and implement best practices in CI/CD, observability, security, and automation.
Architect and manage high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for large-scale machine learning training and validation workloads.
Lead the development of internal cloud services and SaaS solutions that enable our companys customers to access essential tools and applications.
Ensure efficient use of Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Terraform, and cloud-based GPU computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Oversee the development of real-time simulation platforms for autonomous vehicle testing and enable the simulation of thousands of hours of drives in offline environments.
Guide engineering efforts in low-level, high-performance software development, data center software optimization, and parallel computing.
Oversee the development of end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to access by internal and external customers.
Define and optimize data models for cataloging and data lakes.
Drive the use of Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Parquet, and Delta Lake for efficient data processing and storage.
