The Role:
We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to run specific products within our Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, etc.) to (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring). This role will focus on building and managing traditional, fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the product strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has successfully designed and executed product solutions in the Payments space, specifically b2b or b2b2c API payment platforms. This includes managing regulatory and network compliance, BSA/AML, risk, and operational challenges. What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

* Own the product development and commercialization of Cross River’s Payments products
* Own the P&L of at least one of Cross River’s Payments products
* Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders, run Engineering grooming sessions and standups, as well as coordinate complex execution plans
* Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and adhere to our operating model
* Work cross-functionally to establish requirements and coordinate end-to-end execution
* Champion a client-centric approach, ensuring all product development starts and ends with the client in mind
* Ensure proper governance around initiatives and support audit activities
* Execute go-live strategy with Design, Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and direct communication
* Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain tracking and reporting of KPIs

We are looking for excellent Product Managers to lead our development of Active Sensors Perception Products, integrated in various autonomous vehicles (AV) programs.
As a Product Manager in our team, you will be managing Innovative Active Sensors (Radars and LiDARs) Computer Vision Perception Products, from sensor level, through Fusion algorithms to full AV Sensing.

We are looking for a Product manager to join our Product Safety team, developing innovative approaches to design architecture to ensure the safety of autonomous vehicle (AV) systems.
Safety is a core decision driver, shaping development priorities, project timelines, and regulatory approvals for our most advanced programs.
Proving the safety of an AV is among the most complex and critical challenges in the automotive industry.
It requires a deep understanding of the complete system architecture, the ability to translate safety concepts into precise, actionable requirements, and the creation of rigorous methodologies and advanced tools for verification and validation. This involves strict compliance with relevant safety standards, thorough analysis of technical documentation and safety manuals, and meticulous tracking and documentation of every requirement, risk, and mitigation measure.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
Design safety architecture for optical path for AV solutions
Contribute to the development of a large-scale autonomous system from early design stages through deployment.
Identify, analyze, and document potential safety risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with customers to understand safety expectations and with suppliers to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Integrate safety considerations into the system architecture in a way that ensures safety without overburdening system performance.
Propose and implement new methods, tools, and processes to improve safety assurance activities.
Review and extract relevant data from safety manuals, datasheets, and technical documentation to support safety evaluations.

We are looking for a FinOps Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our cloud financial management strategy. This role bridges the gap between Finance, Engineering, and Product, ensuring that our cloud investments deliver maximum business value while maintaining cost efficiently. You will own the FinOps product vision, roadmap, and execution, building internal tools and processes to provide visibility, control, and optimization of cloud spend across AWS and GCP.
