What you will be doing
Owning end-to-end feature development - from designing scalable backend services to crafting intuitive UI components.
Brainstorming feature design, system architecture improvements and troubleshooting.
Building and integrating cutting-edge generative AI capabilities into our products through APIs and custom implementations.
Writing clean, maintainable and testable code, and inspiring others to do the same.
Mentoring junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
Requirements: Strong backend development experience (4+ years) building production-grade systems (hopefully with Python).
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Solid experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
Strong experience with modern frontend development (4+ years) including expertise in React or similar frameworks.
Deep knowledge of computer science including (but not limited to): Operating Systems, Algorithms, Concurrency and Data Structures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices (Advantage)
Understanding of Generative AI concepts and ML system integration (Advantage)
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Advantage).
