As a Senior Software Engineer - C++ Linux & Cloud Workload Runtime Security, you will design and develop end-to-end detection capabilities to identify and defend against attacks on Linux servers, Kubernetes, and containerized environments. You will work on low-level kernel hooks, detection engines, and system-level challenges to deliver scalable security solutions at the runtime level. By collaborating on architecture, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts, you will continuously apply the latest Linux and cloud security technologies to protect mission-critical workloads.
What will you do?
The role includes end-to-end responsibility for new detection capabilities, starting from researching the landscape of new Linux/Containers related security technologies through designing detection strategies and algorithms and delivering them at scale. You will work on low-level Kernel hooks to complicated detection engines and pure system engineering challenges. Your deliveries will enhance the security of different Linux and cloud workloads platforms protected by our product, that serves thousands of users (from enterprise & public sector clients across the globe, incl. some of the largest companies globally).

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and is responsible for translating complex AV hardware and software solutions into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and effective go-to-market execution.
This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate is not only strategic but also operational - someone who owns deliverables, builds materials (demand gen, enablement), drives launch readiness, and works closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop compelling value propositions for Kramers AV hardware and software portfolio
Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and use cases
Build messaging frameworks tailored to vertical markets and regional needs
Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and sales materials
Go-To-Market & New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches
Develop launch kits including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, competitive positioning, and training materials
Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams
Align product roadmap milestones with marketing and campaign calendars
Sales & Channel Enablement

We are looking for EMEA Regional Customer Operations (Logistic Coordinator)
As Regional Customer Operations, you will be a crucial part of our EMEA operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the region. Reporting directly to the EMEA Regional Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales teams and customer inquiries, addressing issues, and optimizing operational processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

What youll do
