We are looking for EMEA Regional Customer Operations (Logistic Coordinator)
As Regional Customer Operations, you will be a crucial part of our EMEA operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the region. Reporting directly to the EMEA Regional Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales teams and customer inquiries, addressing issues, and optimizing operational processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
What youll do
Partner with regional sales teams and global operations to support customer activity across EMEA
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry through delivery
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements: Experience in positions such as procurement tracking, operations, logistics, and similar roles.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and operational challenges.
Excellent experience and knowledge in Excel.
Experience with an ERP (Priority ERP appreciated but not mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently.
Excellent communication in English (other European languages can be a plus).
