A day in the life

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and guide products from conception to launch.
Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and business teams. In your day-to-day you will define product requirements based on a deep understanding of our clients mobility operations and work closely with R&D during the development and release cycle. Youll meet with customers and remain in close contact with the operations and business teams, keeping an ear to the ground of developing trends.
Things here move quickly, so youll need the ability to think on your feet, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high velocity.
What youll do:
Play a key role at every stage of the product life cycle, from planning the roadmap, defining needs and writings PRDs, to working closely with the R&D team and managing releases to production
Meet with clients to make sure that our goals are aligned with their needs
Conduct industry research, defining problems and needs and discovering new opportunities
Build wireframes and work closely with our designers, making sure that our products have top-notch usability, meet requirements and look great
Manage the QA and release process of features
Monitor the adoption of new functionality and measure against the defined KPIs
Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the business team

We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI security platform and lead the evolution of our AI Control Plane. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and security, translating real enterprise AI challenges into scalable product capabilities.

You will spend significant time working directly with customers and the go-to-market team to deeply understand how enterprises adopt AI agents, where control breaks down, and what risks matter most. What you will do
Spend significant time in the field with customers, prospects, and the GTM team to develop a deep, firsthand understanding of where enterprises struggle with AI adoption and where visibility, governance, and control break down.
Rapidly prototype solutions using coding agents and AI tools before involving engineering, building working demonstrations that customers can react to within days.
Validate prototypes directly with customers until you reach a clear, proven solution, then partner with engineering to deliver a de-risked product capability.
Drive the product roadmap and strategic direction of Onyxs AI Control Plane based on real customer insight, market dynamics, and product vision.
Partner closely with R&D, Security, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact capabilities, acting as the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution.
Leverage AI tools extensively to increase speed, experimentation, and productivity across the product development process.

What you will be responsible for:
Shape Product Strategy : Partner with the Product Lead to shape the strategy and roadmap for a segment of our digital advertising suite, bringing customer and market insights from discovery through launch, adoption, and growth. Listen & champion the Voice of the Customer: Translate feedback into clear, prioritized specifications by running discovery with dealers and design partners through calls, feedback loops, and early-access programs. Actively include internal teams (CSMs, Sales, Ad Operations, Finance) in the problem discovery process to identify product gaps and opportunities. Execute & Iterate: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to rapidly ship high-quality features, define success metrics, and leverage data insights to continuously iterate. Own Compliance, Support Ad Tech Integrations: Own OEM and regulatory compliance end-to-end, translating policy changes into safe, impactful product requirements, and help navigate platform integrations as ad tech evolves. Lead Go-to-Market & Communication: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CSMs to shape product launches and training, while providing clear, ongoing roadmap and release updates across the entire organization.
