Were on the lookout for a driven and experienced hands-on Engineering Team Leader to lead a group of engineers building the AI module in our next-generation cyber-AI product.
This team owns the core backend and frontend logic that powers multiple AI agents for SOC that bring intelligence and automation into the experience.
As a hands-on leader, youll guide a talented team of engineers in creating fast, scalable, and intelligent AI application on top of our platform.
Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for backend services, frontend and AI agent engineering
Mentor engineers, grow the team, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Develop the agentic and conversational architecture enabling LLM-powered user interactions and intelligent workflows.
Collaborate with AI research, data, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI-driven capabilities into production systems.
Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.

We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our core backend layer and lead the engineers building it. The systems you'll own handle bursty, high-throughput workloads: thousands of requests per second, strict latency requirements, distributed coordination, hard concurrency problems. You'll shape the architecture, review the designs, and still write the code.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead to join our Backend Engineering group and lead a strong team of engineers.
In this role, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, while tackling complex engineering challenges on a daily basis. The team is responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving scalable backend systems in a cloud-native environment.
You will work with all major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and lead development using cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Redis, TimescaleDB, RabbitMQ, and more. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on architecture, delivery, and team growth.

Interfacing with other teams (e.g. Frontend, DevOps) to deliver best-in-class features.

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead for our Cortex XSIAM group. You will manage a high-performing team of 3 senior and principal engineers to build a complex, long-term AI agent project. This role requires a highly adaptable "orchestrator" - someone who can seamlessly drive cross-platform architecture, collaborate with multiple Product Managers and infrastructure teams, and remain deeply hands-on with the codebase.
Your Impact:
Lead & Code: Manage a senior team while remaining heavily involved in writing, reviewing, and optimizing complex backend code.
Architectural Leadership: Drive high-level design and cross-platform architecture across multiple repositories and products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central focal point, aligning with various PMs and infrastructure teams to shape and deliver AI-driven solutions.
End-to-End Ownership: Own the full development lifecycle, from system design to production stability and real-time issue mitigation.
