Requirements:
Requirements:
Capable, keen pilot - with good knowledge of paragliding scene and ability to judge the wing and its market chances.
Proven trimming experience.
Good communication / writing and computer skills.
Understanding of paragliding technology and intimate knowledge of the market.
Organizational skills + systematic approach to problem solving.
Must be willing to relocate to Israel, or spend long periods of time in Israel.
