A stable and growing multidisciplinary engineering company in Northern Israel is looking for a Software manager to lead its software development activities and play a key role in developing the next generation of complex systems.
The company specializes in developing complex systems from concept to production, combining systems engineering, software, electronics, mechanics, and manufacturing under one roof.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, both professionally and personally.
Lead the development of Embedded systems and complex software solutions.
Define and drive software architecture and development methodologies.
Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering teams.
Plan, prioritize, and monitor tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
Participate in design reviews, system integration, testing, and customer deliveries
Requirements: At least 8 years of software development experience.
At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams.
Significant hands-on experience in Embedded software development.
Strong programming skills in C / C ++.
Experience working in a Linux environment.
Experience with Git and version control.
Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Strong leadership skills, a system -level perspective, and excellent interpersonal skills.
