Basic Job Purpose:
Acting as the primary interface between us and its subcontractors. The role ensures full execution of the supply process, including forecast alignment, production planning, purchase order management, and on-time delivery performance, while leading all operational, quality, and engineering issues to resolution across multiple stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

Manage daily customer fulfilment operations, coordinating Sales & Operations Execution activities and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of products.

Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages and out-of-stock situations up to four weeks ahead, applying short-term stock management to steer stock across the supply chain.

Make critical fulfilment decisions during shortage situations, including product allocation per customer, backorder prioritization, and mitigation actions such as adjusting order quantities or proposing substitutions.

Manage day-to-day contact with logistics partners (4PL) to coordinate all necessary fulfilment activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers.

Requirements:
Experience: Solid background in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or order management, ideally within the biopharma or healthcare industry

Technical skills: Proficiency with SAP and MS Office; strong analytical capabilities with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and scenario planning

Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
