Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve and exceed fundraising goals.
Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors and foundations.
Write high-quality grant applications and funding proposals, primarily for international funders, while aligning them with the organizations goals and donors requirements.
Maintain ongoing relationships with donors, including donor hospitality, personalized stewardship, and hosting donor delegations.
Plan and execute fundraising events to generate revenue and strengthen donor engagement.
Manage the donor database and monitor fundraising activities, donor communications, and donations.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and be responsible for developing fundraising materials, including donation appeals, newsletters, and annual reports.
Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, including grant writing - required.
Native-level English - required. High-level Hebrew.
Familiarity with American culture - a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, philanthropic foundations, and government funding sources.
In-depth understanding of nonprofit operations and financial management.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making and evaluation of success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate the organizations messages effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
