You Will:

Lead the Product Evolution. Take direct ownership of Identity Security and AI Security product teams - deciding, deliberately, where one domain's remit ends and the other begins as the line between "identity" and "agentic AI" keeps blurring for our customers.

Define the Strategy Before the Market Does. Build and pressure-test the hypotheses that will shape how Tenable - and the industry - thinks about agentic and non-human identity risk, then turn that into a roadmap and quarterly execution with engineering.

Own the Narrative at the Top. Represent this strategy to most senior leadership, including our CEOs, and to sales, field, and marketing - deciding when to lead with confidence and when to flag risk honestly.

Lead Without Borders. Build the kind of close, high-trust relationship with a distributed team - including a France-based PM - that most leaders only manage by accident of geography.

Reach Beyond This Scope. Take on the cross-functional, company-wide strategic work this platform-level view naturally creates - this role is intentionally bigger than any one product line.

We are looking for an AI-savvy Product Manager to join as we continue expanding and exploring the hottest intersection in the security market: agentic AI and SecOps. The ideal candidate will have both experience in at least one SOC-adjacent domain (threat intelligence, SecOps, hunting, incident response) and strong understanding of agentic AI.
Youll own parts of agentic platform: where agents are managed, how they interact with users, and how they can help SOCs to reduce system-critical metrics and overall threat exposure.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead critical parts of agentic platform to help drive forward adoption and innovation across the full lifecycle - from UX to prompt engineering
Become an expert in AI SOC offering and in Platform as a whole
Represent the customers voice inside to ensure were staying on the critical path
Work closely with top-notch engineering teams to deliver product capabilities and stay on top of state-of-the-art AI trends
Analyze product data - from classic product analytics to AI evaluations of usage patterns - to proactively bubble up user needs or issues

We are looking for a senior product manager to join our AI Unit and help shape the AI platform that powers our companys next generation of products.
This role focuses on the platform and ecosystem layer of AI, building the capabilities, standards, and systems that enable teams across the company to create AI-powered experiences effectively.
You will work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to define how AI capabilities are built, reused, and governed across the platform.
This is a high-impact role with broad scope. It requires strong product fundamentals, technical curiosity, and the ability to operate in an evolving space.
Job responsibilities
Own key parts of the AI platform roadmap, balancing foundational investments with product impact
Help define reusable AI capabilities (e.g., retrieval, embeddings, scoring, agent tooling)
Contribute to shaping how we evaluate, monitor, and improve AI systems in production
Partner closely with engineering on architecture and technical tradeoffs Support the definition of governance and control mechanisms (quality, safety, cost, transparency)
Work with product teams to enable adoption of AI capabilities across the platform
Improve developer and product team experience when building AI features
Contribute to defining standards, best practices, and ways of working for AI across our company.

As a PM, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers.
What you'll do:
Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market.
Shape experiences engineers choose to use. our developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch.
Drive cross-functional impact. PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands.
Build for agents and developers. We are the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap.
Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real.
