We are looking for an experienced Knowledge and Training Specialist with a background in Customer Success Management to join our Customer Care team. If you're passionate about empowering teams, enhancing customer experiences, and driving operational excellence, wed love to hear from you! In this role, you will lead onboarding and continuous training for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Care agents while also developing scalable knowledge solutions that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify knowledge gaps and create training programs that improve service quality, retention, and engagement.
What am I going to do?:

* Design and lead comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development programs for Customer Care.
* Working with different stakeholders (as part of the product enablement part of the role)
* Develop, maintain, and optimize training materials, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides in English.
* Verify the accuracy of knowledge content through data analysis, research, and testing to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
* Manage and enhance learning journeys within the LMS system.
* Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations based on performance data and feedback.
* Stay up to date on customer care methodologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

* Review training materials and professional content, evaluate them, and provide recommendations for improvement and adaptation.
* Analyze, refine, and improve learning content while adapting it to target audiences and local needs.
* Develop and update learning deliverables, including guides, presentations, and training materials as needed.
* Work closely with global stakeholders and internal teams to gather information, collect feedback, and continuously improve content.
* Manage and maintain content within learning systems and support the creation of learning paths.
* Participate in strategic learning projects and knowledge implementation initiatives across the organization.

We're looking for an Instructional Designer to join the Product team and spread the power. In this role, you will help build our Academy and produce end-to-end video courses. You will play a key role in ensuring our technical Wizards and customers get ramped up and stay at the top of their game when it comes to technical product skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality videos from start to finish while maintaining a fast pace.
Develop and execute short video courses, including designing learning paths and writing curricula.
Extract, write and create coherent training scripts from product managers and other SMEs, documentation, and internal resources.
Keep the academy portal updated as the product changes, track new features and be on top of modifications.
Design infographics, including architecture diagrams, in collaboration with SMEs.
Collaborate with SMEs to plan, deliver, edit, and publish customer training webinars.
