About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Visibility to lead our core technology engine. This is a highly unique role that demands both top-tier professional expertise in cybersecurity research and the ability to seamlessly integrate Data Science and AI in a precise, highly productive manner. We have ambitious visibility goals that require uncompromising accuracy. Your mission is to combine precise, in-depth professional understanding of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS/XIoT) with the immense scale and capabilities of AI. You will lead a multidisciplinary group comprising Data Science, Network/Protocol Research, and Asset Classification teams to revolutionize how we discover, classify, and secure critical assets across industrial (OT) and healthcare (IoMT) environments.
Responsibilities
As a Director of Data & AI your impact will be:
Multidisciplinary Leadership: Manage, mentor, and synchronize three distinct teams (Data Science, Network Research, and Asset Classification), ensuring cross-functional synergy and unified product delivery.
Scaling Accuracy with AI: Architect our visibility solutions to achieve unparalleled precision. Blend deep professional domain knowledge with advanced ML to scale asset discovery without sacrificing the exactness required in critical infrastructure.
Feature Engineering & Parsing: Oversee the translation of obscure, undocumented industrial and medical protocols into actionable features for our AI models.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various data groups, product management, and R&D teams to translate network visibility into actionable risk management, segmentation, and threat detection policies.
Advanced Data Fusion & Collection Strategy: Manage diverse collection techniques (passive, active, and integrations), and architect how to fuse information for every single device at the scale of AI-bridging applications, algorithms, LLMs, and beyond.

Required Email Security Research Manager (Cortex - XDR)
Job Summary:
As an innovator at heart, you will lead the Email Security Research team and shape the future of AI-driven email protection. You will define the technical vision, drive the research roadmap, and lead a team developing advanced detection capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Threat Intelligence, and AI teams, you will build cutting-edge security solutions that protect customers against evolving email threats while fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Email Security researchers and analysts.
Define and execute the Email Security research, detection, and analytics roadmap.
Drive innovation in AI and LLM-powered email security.
Lead the design of advanced detections for phishing, Business Email Compromise (BEC), malware, account takeover, and emerging email threats.
Improve detection efficacy through behavioral analytics, threat research, and large-scale data analysis.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Threat Intelligence, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable security capabilities.
Promote technical excellence through design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Represent the team internally and externally through technical presentations, blogs, white papers, and industry conferences.

We are growing and are looking for a Senior Information Security Manager JD to join our mission to increase access to life-saving treatments.

The Role:

Lead and maintain all certification and compliance efforts, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, and CIS benchmarks

Serve as the primary point of contact for all security questions and concerns, internal and external

Own global security awareness strategy and programs, including annual employee training, ongoing awareness campaigns, and phishing simulations

Respond to customer and prospect security questionnaires while maintaining agreed turnaround times

Oversee SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, including log source coverage, detection rule creation and tuning, and SLA/KPI management

Build and manage the Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery programs

Run the vulnerability steering committee across corporate and production environments

Manage vendor risk and the security risk register

Monitor and manage the company's external digital footprint using third-party attack surface management tools

Act as incident commander for security incidents - analyze, escalate, coordinate response, and drive remediation
