Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to design, build, and operate the automations and AI-powered workflows that run our go-to-market machine.
You'll be the person who takes a manual GTM process like enrichment, routing, CRM hygiene, renewal prep, pipeline reporting and turns them into something that runs smoothly and reliably. This is not a traditional software engineering role, but it requires strong technical execution and full ownership from idea to production.
What youll do:
Automate GTM execution. Design, build, and maintain production-grade workflows and automations across all processes.
Design and Build AI into the business. Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions: prompt-driven workflows, reusable prompt libraries, and AI agents embedded directly inside the business systems.
Integrate the stack. Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, support tools, and internal systems, so data stays connected and trustworthy across the funnel.
Extend the CRM. Configure and extend Salesforce - objects and data model, automation, validation, integrations as the system of record behind everything above.
Full ownership of the processes - Write and maintain scripts and small services (Python / JavaScript) for the logic, Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the processes
Drive adoption. Documentation, enablement, training, and ongoing feedback loops
A workflow nobody trusts is a workflow nobody uses.
Evaluate new tools and technologies based on ROI, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
What youll need:
Deep understanding of the GTM process and needs, Lead lifecycle, funnel stages, routing and territory logic, pipeline and forecasting.
Proven experience partnering with non-technical business stakeholders: mapping a process, challenging it where it's broken, and prioritizing based on business impact
4-6 years in Business Systems, RevOps systems, Data/Systems Engineering, or similar hands-on technical roles.
Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end workflows and automations in business environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise automation /orchestration platforms, Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
Strong experience integrating and extending CRM systems, ideally Salesforce: data model, automation, and system integrations
Solid experience working with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data flows across multiple platforms
Writing and maintaining code in Python and/or JavaScript
Hands-on experience with LLM tools and workflow engineering, with a focus on reliability and real-world use cases.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a bias toward simple, maintainable solutions
Advantage:
Experience with marketing automation platforms and enrichment or data providers.
Experience with agent frameworks or building multi-step AI agents against internal systems.
Experience with BI or reporting tooling on top of GTM data.
This position is open to all candidates.

Required Revenue Operations Manager
About us
A next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, We deliver comprehensive capabilities including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in cloud and AI security, and we're building the GTM engine to match.
The opportunity:
Our sales org is scaling fast, and the operational layer that keeps it running needs to scale with it. This role is the embedded operational engine for our Rest of World sales team: the daily partner to sales managers and reps, and the trusted operating proxy for the Head of Revenue Operations in the glob sales org.
You won't be supporting the sales org from a distance. You'll sit inside it: in the forecast calls, in the pipeline reviews, in the deal moments where process and speed decide outcomes. You'll own the operating rhythm, keep the forecast honest, and unblock sellers so they can spend their time selling. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility seat for someone who wants to run a function, not a queue.
You'll join the Revenue Operations team spanning business systems, GTM engineering, analytics, and embedded sales operations for EMEA and ROW. Foundations exist: operating cadences, systems architecture, and reporting infrastructure are already in place and working. Your job is to take ownership of the field, strengthen what's there, and build the next layer with the team.
Responsibilities:
Global sales partnership. Be the go-to operational partner for our RVP Sales, frontline managers, and reps. You are the first call on process, systems, deal mechanics, territory, and data questions, and you resolve them the same day wherever possible.
The weekly operating rhythm. Run the cadence that keeps the business honest: pipeline hygiene reviews, forecast call preparation and follow-through, and the weekly leadership rollup. Own forecast accuracy tracking and drive the discipline behind it.
Real-time problem solving and deal support. Debug and resolve process breakdowns as they happen (quoting, approvals, CRM, routing, commission questions triaged to the right owner), keeping sellers focused on revenue-generating activity. Support deal mechanics day to day: order forms, quoting workflows, and support on non-standard terms.
Business rhythm and insight. Maintain a daily pulse on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key KPIs. Build new field-facing Salesforce dashboards and partner on existing reporting. Lead QBR preparation and synthesize data into insights that change decisions, not just decks.
Process design at scale. Identify operational gaps and bring the field's usage perspective to workflow design, partnering with our Business Systems and GTM Engineering teams. Document as you go: playbooks, workflows, and CRM standards that survive beyond you. Reinforce forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, and data governance across the sales org.
The cross-functional bridge. Push RevOps initiatives into the field and carry field feedback back. Partner closely with GTM Enablement on rollouts, onboarding support, and adoption of the GTM stack (Salesforce, Clari, Slack), so tools and programs actually land with reps.
This position is open to all candidates.

Required Business Process Manager
Role Overview:
The Business Process Manager is responsible for orchestrating strategic projects and operational infrastructure within the Customer Office. Acting as the engine of the department, this is a unique thinker-doer role that connects high-level strategy to the data-driven realities of our daily operations.
We are looking for a hybrid, process-oriented professional, part Strategic PMO and part Business Operations strategist, to design and lead the initiatives that empower our Customer Success and Delivery teams.
This is an internal-facing position, not a customer-facing role. It is designed for a professional who thrives on turning complex operational friction into streamlined, repeatable, and scalable workflows.
Your mission is to improve how we deliver, support, and scale world-class customer experiences. You will ensure our service standards are codified, measurable, and consistently exceeded as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiative Execution: Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives within the Customer Office. You will drive complex and diverse projects-such as new service delivery models or cross-departmental technical integrations-with precision and speed.
Internal Consulting & Discovery: Act as an internal consultant by independently conducting research on new concepts and technical subject matter. You will perform root-cause analysis on operational friction points to propose "best-in-class" solutions.
Business Impact Tracking: Define and track success metrics for specific initiatives, correlating internal process improvements to external customer outcomes (e.g., reduction in churn or increased speed-to-value).
Change Execution: Lead the "internal launch" of new processes or tools, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and high adoption rates across all affected teams.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify "blind spots" between departments, managing dependencies to ensure that internal technical shifts don't disrupt the customer experience.
Operational Visibility: Define and monitor KPIs. You will build and maintain the dashboards that provide the visibility and accountability necessary for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Strategic PMO Experience: 5+ years in Strategic Project Management, PMO, Business Operations or Strategy & Operations, ideally in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments (B2B SaaS preferred).
GTM Operational Background: Proven experience working directly with Go-To-Market teams (Sales/CS) and Operational functions. You understand the mechanics of the customer lifecycle.
Influence & Communication: Exceptional skills in aligning stakeholders. You are a natural collaborator who leads through influence, explaining complex changes in a way that gets people on board.
Execution Excellence: A "builder" mindset with a record of taking messy, high-level strategic goals and turning them into structured, executable programs.
Independent Researcher: A self-starter who can master new subject matter, technical concepts, or industry standards required to move a project forward.
Performance Metrics: Hands-on experience with defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and company-wide initiatives.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using data to track project success and identify where operational gaps impact the customer experience.
Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Its also a Plus If You:
Have experience in the Construction Tech industry.
Have consulting experience.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're looking for a Lead PMM - Growth & monetization to own the mid-funnel (MOFU) user journey and the pricing and packaging behind it. Sitting inside our Revenue Growth team, you'll drive monetization, adoption, and retention across the full lifecycle, from signup and first purchase through upgrades, feature adoption, expansion, and win-back. You'll decide what sits in each tier, where the limits fall, and what's worth paying for, then build the journeys that convert against it.
As the in-house owner of the MOFU strategy, you'll shape and support the product roadmap by a. rallying PMs, sales, marketing, and executives behind high-impact growth initiatives, and bringing it to life, and b. through feature releases, in-app messaging, lifecycle email, and touchpoints across our native platform, extension, AI, and API technical surfaces.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and workflows is a must for this role.
This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.

You've modeled multi-tier SaaS pricing, assessed willingness-to-pay, designed credit/consumption limits, and built value-based packaging for different personas and features. Come ready to walk us through one pricing or packaging call you personally owned: the data behind it, who you had to convince, and what it did to revenue
A strong builder mindset with a proven track record of rallying cross-functional teams and taking ideas to the finish line without direct authority
Fluency in CRM data, marketing automation, lead routing, MQL definitions, sales metrics, and AI-agent workflows
Exceptional persuasive communication, comfortable pitching abstract concepts to senior stakeholders

Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to own what we stand for, protect what makes it unmistakable, and make sure brand thinking shapes the biggest decisions the company makes - not just the assets that come after.
You'll balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial impact, and serve as the executive voice on everything brand - across every market, channel, and touchpoint we operate in. This role sits at the center of the Marketing team, partnering directly with our founders and executive leadership.
Two things matter for every leadership role: leadership that sets the bar for excellence, builds high-performing teams, and holds them accountable, and strategy that thinks several years ahead and turns ambitious plans into reality. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll:
Own the brand end-to-end positioning, narrative, voice, and brand systems and act as the final internal authority on what's on-brand across every consumer touchpoint globally
Be the company's go-to person for brand, helping founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders make decisions that strengthen the brand, the business, and the customer experience
Lead world-class integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, including creative direction, external director and studio selection, and the executive feedback loop
Own the end-to-end production of brand and OOH campaigns - from briefing and vendor management through delivery, measurement, and iteration - ensuring creative work ships at scale and on time
Drive operational excellence across the creative function, building the systems, processes, and workflows that allow the team to deliver high-quality work consistently and efficiently
Create non-traditional brand activations, experiential moments, partnerships, and cultural ideas that make us more visible, more relevant, and harder to forget
Own global brand strategy, including localization, cultural adaptation, market-specific briefs, and the systems that keep us consistent as it grows
Define and track the brand health metrics that matter - awareness, consideration, distinctiveness, and mental availability - and turn those learnings into smarter strategy, priorities, and budget decisions
Build and lead the brand and creative team, setting the creative bar, running senior hiring, and mentoring the next generation of creative talent
Requirements:
You've built a distinctive consumer brand at a top-tier company or agency - people remember the work, and the work moved the business
A proven track record leading major integrated campaigns from concept to screen, working with external directors, production partners, agencies, and internal creative teams
Demonstrated operational experience managing large-scale creative production - OOH, brand, and integrated campaigns - with a strong grasp of timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
Experience building or improving creative operations infrastructure: workflows, briefing systems, production pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration models
Exceptional taste and judgment - you can articulate exactly why brand work is or isn't working, and hold the bar without doing the work yourself
The ability to turn complex products into simple, human stories and make strong strategic decisions with incomplete information
Experience scaling brand footprints internationally, with real sensitivity to cultural nuance and what should or shouldn't change
The ability to influence and align founders, executives, and senior cross-functional partners around a single brand vision
You understand brand measurement well enough to connect decisions to business outcomes, without reducing the brand to a dashboard
Strong leadership skills
This position is open to all candidates.
