What You'll Own:
Design, plan, and execute QA test plans and test cases for complex web applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and sanity tests, while identifying gaps in automation coverage.
Perform thorough manual testing to validate new features, assess release readiness, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches to ensure quality and stability.

As the QA Engineer in the company Domains team, you'll own quality end to end for mission-critical products that directly impact our users' ability to get their businesses online - millions of domains managed across our company's global platform. The role is AI-first by design: coding agents and AI tooling are your primary instrument, automation is second, and manual testing is the deliberate third, reserved for where human judgment genuinely wins. In your day-to-day, you will:
Own the quality strategy for our company Domains end to end - what gets tested, how, and to what standard
Build AI-driven testing: use coding agents to generate, maintain and extend coverage across complex product flows at a speed manual QA can't reach
Design and grow automation as the durable backbone of that coverage, across UI, API and integration layers
Plan and execute sharp manual and exploratory testing where it counts - API testing, complex integration testing, and edge cases not covered by our test-driven development methodology
Test flows that unfold over time and reach beyond our company, across many entry points and buying paths
Think like a hacker - understand weak points in solutions and help strengthen them

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our product.
In this role, you will own the quality of complex cybersecurity features from design through production, working closely with developers, product managers, and automation engineers. You will play a key role in defining test strategies, identifying risks early, and ensuring high-quality releases.
As part of your daily workflow, you will leverage AI-powered tools to improve test planning, discover edge cases, investigate defects, analyze logs, and enhance overall testing efficiency.
Responsibilities
Own the automation domain end-to-end: strategy, architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement
Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and system layers
Develop hands-on automation code in Python and/or TypeScript
Drive quality standards across engineering teams, partnering closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders
Define and implement automation best practices for reliability, scalability, maintainability, and fast feedback
Integrate and optimize automation within CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, confident releases

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated tests and infrastructure using our Java-based framework. Our Automated tests cover various aspects of the security product, including complex networking topology, traffic, security rules, Users authentication scenarios.


Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for complex, multi-layered systems using our Java-based framework
Drive initiatives to enhance automation infrastructure and tools to support seamless development and testing workflows.
Define, build, and maintain automation infrastructure, frameworks, and reusable libraries, to improve test execution reliability, reduce flakiness, shorten feedback loops, and increase confidence in automation results.
Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions into the automation workflow, improving productivity, reliability, and insight generation
Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to enhance test automation, including test generation, failure analysis, and optimization of test coverage and execution

This is a unique opportunity to rebuild QA strategy from the ground up for our regulated products. You will own the entire testing lifecycle - from defining the strategy, designing the test architecture, and building the test environments, to writing automation and executing releases.
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can rethink how we test, define a modern QA vision, and execute it hands-on.
