What you'll be doing:
Lead engineering engagement with strategic and critical suppliers for new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production, identify potential risks, critical parameters, and areas for optimization.
Define and implement clear monitoring and documentation requirements for key process steps to ensure consistency and quality.
Establish comprehensive quality criteria and outgoing quality control (OQC) procedures at suppliers prior to shipment.
Monitor and analyze supplier yield data, production metrics, and quality performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams (Design, Product, Reliability, Quality) to ensure supplier capabilities align with product requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives at suppliers to enhance process control, yield, and overall product quality.
Conduct supplier technical audits and provide mentorship on standard processes in manufacturing and quality control.

We are seeking an NPI Engineering Build Manager who is passionate about working on products that enable deep learning. Our team manages the NPI networking supply chain for engineering activities. Activities start from very early engagement with design engineering team and follow through all quick turn NPI builds at the shortest possible cycle time. Our team supports all these engineering quick turn activities by engaging with the engineering team, material suppliers, Operations team, and the PCB manufacturing team. All the parties need to be kept aligned while engineering keeps changing either the material sets or the process.


We are looking for someone can work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. You are someone who enjoys working on groundbreaking technology and enjoy working with people to take on problems. As a Build Project Manager, you are able to see both the high-level view and be proficient in tracking and following up on detail whether it is an existing product that requires new qualifications or a ground up new product. We will expect you to understand technical detail and be able to translate that into program impact.


What you'll be doing:
Build project's production plan per product's lifecycle, and execute it with NV manufacturers
Communicate with other team members and suppliers to get project details.

We are looking for an NPI Engineer for the R&D team. The NPI Engineer will own the end-to-end transition of multidisciplinary medical devices from R&D prototypes to stable, scalable serial production, serving as the bridge between product development and Operations.

Build and manage supplier capability roadmaps aligned with NPI standards and qualification milestones.

Our Networking team is looking for an outstanding candidate who thrives in a multifaceted environment, to manage exciting SW Releases for our leading FW, SDK and NOS Switch products. Taking care of world-class technologies in the areas of Data Centers, cloud, software defined networks, security for the most sophisticated markets and customers. The Switch products supports Ethernet and InfiniBand protocols, delivering a broad range of sophisticated networking, storage, and security services for the cloud, sophisticated compute and AI workloads. The candidate will need to ensure the release is delivered on time and in high quality, coordinate between development and testing groups and between global SW groups. In addition the role will require to gain good understanding of products dependencies.

What youll be doing:

Be an effective leader in crafting and driving a delivery high quality SW in an efficient way.

Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture and Marketing to coordinate the release of the products and ensure release will meet the schedule and with high quality

Take full ownership on the FW, SDK, NOS products from the kickoff to signoff.

Work with planning and tracking systems to lead the release progress, and build release indicators.

Partner with the QA teams to ensure alignment of all tests between the development, verification and QA groups.

Conduct release meeting and communicate release status. Resolve issues when they appear and raise red-flags when needed.

Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development and release workflow.

Define and improve process, guidelines, checklists across Switch SW group.
