Were looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance, ensuring our clients receive seamless onboarding, reliable performance, and long-term value. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance multiple priorities, and drive project success through strong organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Project Setup, Onboarding & Transition: Lead the project from kickoff through full implementation at the clients site. Ensure smooth transition, on-time delivery, and a high-quality onboarding experience. Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee readiness of resources, data, and tools.
Ongoing Stakeholder Communication: Act as the projects operational owner, managing setup of the system, client requests, system issues, and optimizations. Monitor system stability and performance to ensure long-term reliability and value. Drive improvements in workflows, resolving recurring bottlenecks and risks.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, Operations). Maintain transparency, responsiveness, and alignment across all project phases.
Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in the process, bottlenecks, recurring issues, or client dissatisfaction. Escalate appropriately and work cross-functionally to identify root causes.
KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance. Use insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct monthly result analyses, draw insights from experiences, and strive to achieve the Delivery department's goals. Analyze and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate has a technical background in semiconductor manufacturing or silicon processes and is skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires strong planning, communication and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of influencing stakeholders and moving projects forward without direct managerial authority. Experience in photonics, optics, hardware, or mechanical engineering environments is an advantage. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology organization and have a proven ability to deliver results through effective coordination, follow-up, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage Silicon Photonics development projects from planning through execution. · Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking. · Work closely with engineering teams including process, design, testing, packaging, and manufacturing to support project execution. · Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that may impact schedules or deliverables. · Organize and lead project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items. · Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management. · Ensure alignment and effective communication between internal teams and external partners when required. · Drive execution and accountability across cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. · Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. · Help establish project plans and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are looking for a Senior Projects Manager to Lead and manage complex, cross-functional strategic projects in Israel and internationally, from initiation through implementation and full operational deployment. The role is responsible for coordinating all relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in accordance with quality standards, and aligned with company requirements. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic projects from initiation through implementation and full operational deployment.
* Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and key milestones.
* Define project KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions as needed.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks while developing and executing mitigation plans.
* Matrix-manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage deviations, and drive effective solutions.
* Lead project meetings and conduct regular project status reviews.
* Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and project Gantt charts to senior management.
* Manage project scope changes and ensure proper change control.
* Capture lessons learned and implemented continuous process improvements.

The Integration Manager will be responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and

integrating all engineering and network-related aspects across lines and disciplines

within the planning packages of the metro lines. Responsibilities include:

Managing and synchronizing interfaces between various engineering
disciplines, both at the network level and at the individual line level.

Reviewing planning submissions for the metro lines and ensuring compliance
with mandatory requirements, applicable standards, and inter-disciplinary and

inter-line coordination.

Participating in multidisciplinary professional forums to resolve complex issues
and manage inter-disciplinary disputes.

Ensuring synergy between different complex systems, including interfaces
between infrastructure, railway systems, operational systems, electrical systems, control systems, and more.

Reporting to the Project Director of METAV and to the Integration manager of NTA Technical and Engineering Division.
Perform other duties as needed.

Key responsibilities and duties:
The Programme Controls Manager will lead areas of programme management. This person will manage project controls professionals covering scheduling, cost, forecasting, estimating, planning, digital strategies, database and document control functions. Specific responsibilities will include writing procedures and managing the delivery of key executive-level reports such as dashboard charts, construction progress checklists and monthly reports. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining project controls processes and systems on large projects and will include initial programme set up. Additionally, involvement in project and contract planning, issuance, scheduling, assessment, change negotiation, and claims mitigation/resolution may be required.
