What you'll do:
Own the full development loop understand the business problem, define the solution, architect it, build it, ship it, and monitor it in production
Use AI as your primary development tool, achieving in a day what used to take a team a week

Were looking for a Technical Integration Manager to join our team and help connect the dots between our business goals and R&D efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between business and technology, combining project coordination with technical understanding.
Youll be the main connection between our business units and R&D - understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, aligning priorities, and helping teams deliver successfully. Youll also support product and project activities to move initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and R&D
Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical briefs
Work closely with R&D to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
Own development initiatives end-to-end spec, tasks, QA, rollout, and monitoring whether you build them yourself using AI tools, automation and no-code, or hand them to R&D developers.
Write technical specs and acceptance criteria, and manage the work in task management tools.
Guide and train the business departments on new features documentation, walkthroughs, and ongoing support

Assist in planning and prioritizing roadmaps and project timelines
Track and report on progress, risks, and blockers across multiple initiatives

We're hiring a senior AI Engineer to join our AI team building our autonomous AI agent and helping extend AI capabilities across the company.

What You'll Do

Design and ship our agent systems end-to-end - perception, reasoning, memory, retrieval, and the loops that connect them. Production agents, not prototypes.
Optimize multimodal inference for real-time operation at the edge - model choice, quantization, and batching to hit our latency and concurrency budgets.
Design embedding pipelines, vector storage, and hybrid retrieval that power the agent's search, behavioral analytics, and rule generation.
Architect how multiple edge units coordinate at scale - sharing context, correlating activity, and behaving as one coherent system for our largest deployments.
Build the agent's air-gapped lifecycle - updating, learning, and evolving entirely inside customer private networks with no cloud connectivity.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to develop airborne mechanical assemblies, structures, and avionics packaging, and to support projects from design reviews through manufacturing, integration, aircraft surveys, and on-site installation. Key Responsibilities
* Develop concepts, detailed designs, 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for airborne mechanical systems;
* Design metallic, sheet-metal, machined, and composite components with attention to weight, cost, reliability, and manufacturability;
* Prepare and present technical packages for PDR and CDR reviews;
* Coordinate mechanical interfaces with systems, stress, electrical, avionics, manufacturing, quality, test, and certification teams;
