In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting our MES Product, Opcenter. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest MES projects in the region, often within regulated environments.

We are happy to train you up in our market-leading MES product.

A security classification is required for this position. Candidates with a valid, existing security classification are preferred.

This role can be based Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.

Participate in large MES implementation projects for the Israeli customers
Understand the goals of the project workstream to which you are assigned, the breakdown of project tasks, and be able to explain the workstreams' relationship to the overall solution
Configuration and implementation of end-to-end MES solutions
Testing, data migration, production, and postproduction support
Support knowledge transfer (deliver training courses, user guides, coaching of MES key users)
Support the documentation and development of standard methodologies and the further development of our knowledge base
Ensure solution implementation with special consideration of the surrounding MES and ERP landscape as well as production/quality processes
Acting as part of a Consulting Services team, work productively with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives
Be a technical trusted advisor to a customer and implement customer requirements to introduce or further develop innovative and integrated MES solutions in production, quality, and compliance management

We are looking for a hands-on professional who will take ownership of customer-facing AI solutions, become a central point of contact for key customers, and work closely with our product and AI development efforts.

This is a cross-functional role with real impact on how the company operates and grows over the coming years.

Own and manage ongoing relationships with customers, gradually taking on a central Customer Success role

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of retention and CRM efforts across both hands-on execution and strategic design.
In this role, you will run and optimize lifecycle programs, owning the full customer journey end-to-end, across key lifecycle touchpoints, while also defining how retention should be structured and scaled.
You will design segmentation frameworks, automation workflows, and engagement logic, and translate real CRM insights into systems that will power our AI-driven Lifecycle & Retention Agent. Working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering, you will operate at the intersection of execution and architecture - turning lifecycle marketing into a scalable, intelligent retention system.
What you'll do:
Own and execute lifecycle programs across different customer communication channels - managing segmentation, creative, and messaging end-to-end.
Build and scale CRM and retention infrastructure from the ground up.
Define and lead lifecycle strategy, including journey design, audience segmentation, and channel prioritization - aimed at increasing LTV, and driving long-term engagement.
Translate CRM insights into structured inputs that power and improve our AI Lifecycle & Retention Agent.
Take ownership of retention KPIs - LTV, churn, repeat rate, engagement - analyze performance, translate insights into continuous improvements, and communicate results clearly to leadership.

Were looking for a hands-on CRM Lead to own retention strategy and campaign execution across our game portfolio. In this role, youll plan push and email journeys, partner with Social for true 360 campaigns and leverage AI tools to automate operations and drive continuous growth.
Responsibilities
Own and continuously evolve the CRM strategy, ensuring every campaign directly drives player engagement, retention, and revenue.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel push and email funnels across the entire player lifecycle.
Partner closely with Social, Monetization, and Product teams to drive 360 cross-channel campaigns, delivering an integrated player experience with clear performance lift.
Build dashboards and performance reports that transform raw campaign data into actionable strategic insights.
Lead continuous A/B testing on messaging, timing and segmentation, turning top performing experiments into scalable, repeatable playbooks.
Leverage modern AI tools to automate campaign briefs, copy/art variations, QA, and reporting, shifting time from operational execution to strategy.
Take full ownership of key performance metrics, consistently lifting engagement and retention above benchmarks.
