Jerusalem College of Technology (JCT) is seeking an experienced and talented Content Writer with exceptional English writing skills to create high-quality content for donors, partners, and international audiences. Key Responsibilities: • Write, edit, and develop a wide range of English-language content, including: o One-pagers and brochures o Articles for the annual magazine o Grant proposals and reports o Newsletters o Website content o Social media and other digital content • Conduct interviews in Hebrew with faculty members, students, alumni, and partners, gathering information and transforming it into compelling English content for international audiences. • Translate complex academic, technical, and professional topics into clear, engaging, and persuasive content. • Collaborate with a variety of departments across the college to identify stories, develop content, and meet deadlines. • Take initiative and lead content projects from concept through completion.

We seek a results-driven Fundraiser & Donor Relations Manager to expand philanthropic support from Israeli donors, alumni, foundations, and corporate partners
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Relations:
Develop and implement strategies to grow support from Israeli donors and alumni
Research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospective and existing donors
Secure funding for scholarships, academic programs, and institutional priorities
Organize donor meetings, campus visits, and engagement opportunities
Maintain strong, ongoing donor relationships
Alumni Giving:
Develop initiatives to increase alumni engagement and giving
Lead annual giving and scholarship campaigns
Identify and cultivate alumni with major-donor potential
Collaborate with alumni relations and academic departments
Grants & Partnerships:
Identify opportunities with Israeli foundations, government agencies, and corporate giving programs
Develop compelling grant proposals and donor materials with internal stakeholders
Manage grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting
Research potential corporate and philanthropic partners in higher education, technology, innovation, and workforce development
Develop opportunities for sponsorships, scholarships, and strategic partnerships
Pipeline & Reporting:
Maintain and grow a qualified fundraising pipeline
Track fundraising activity, donor engagement, and progress toward annual goals
Prepare regular fundraising and pipeline reports.
