Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, with exposure to Azure, GCP, and other cloud platforms.

Manage enterprise endpoints and device compliance using Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, identity, and connectivity issues and act as an escalation point for the IT team.
Partner with Security and Engineering teams to improve access controls, infrastructure security, monitoring, and compliance.
Proactively improve reliability, scalability, documentation, and operational processes.

server and systems operations: own tier 2-3 administration and support for Linux and windows servers, virtualization, cloud compute, Storage, backup, identity, patching, configuration, capacity, and lifecycle management across global environments.
