What youll do:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting.

This role combines hands-on support at the companys headquarters, remote support for global users and offices, end-user asset lifecycle management, inventory and warehouse operations, hardware refresh initiatives, and ongoing ownership of global processes related to end-user equipment and workplace technology.

You will:
Provide global end-user support for hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 services, and workplace technologies across Windows and macOS environments.
Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, deployment, onboarding, maintenance, refresh programs, and secure decommissioning.
Administer user accounts, access permissions, and collaboration platforms through Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Own and maintain global IT asset inventory, warehouses, and equipment logistics, ensuring accurate tracking, availability, compliance, and cost optimization.
Support and operate meeting room technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms, audiovisual systems, and workplace infrastructure to ensure seamless employee collaboration.

The IT Operations and Foundation (ITOF) Site Lead is responsible for local site leadership for all matters concerning IT/OT Operations and Infrastructure management in EMED Site. Partner with stakeholders, local IT leads, local business leads, IT Foundation enterprise teams to define, capture and forecast Asset requirements and priorities into ITOF Strategic Portfolio and PI Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on operational performance, prioritizing IT/OT site requests and representing site capability requests working with platform teams
Manage MSP on provision of deskside, server and other IT/OT infrastructure support needed for day-to-day operations.

Manage the IT/OT strategy and portfolio for the company to ensure delivery of those needs through platform or co-located teams.

Influence a cross platform co-located team to ensure the operational needs of the site are met and deliver business and operational value.

Work local IT Manager to manage local IT budget and ensure alignment on regional priorities and strategic directions.

Represent ITOF in the local leadership team in EMED.

Provides oversight to a team composed of employees and contractors performing daily operational support for IT/OT Infrastructure on site.

Assists platforms with implementation of new IT/OT initiatives for EMED.

Proactive communication and quick response to production issues and project work.

Operate and maintain multi-node GPU compute and training clusters (SLURM), including scheduling policy, quotas, and job troubleshooting
