Our Optics Department is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Optical Lab Technician to join the team for a six-month maternity leave replacement.

What will your job look like?
Perform optical measurements using laboratory equipment.
Assemble optical components and systems.
Carry out precise optical system alignment.
Perform repetitive laboratory tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Organize equipment, components, and the laboratory workspace.
Follow established procedures and document measurement results.
Requirements: Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise, delicate tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Patience and the ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
A responsible, reliable, and hands-on approach.
Prior knowledge of or experience in optics - an advantage.
Availability for an immediate start.
