Why this role exists:
We design and manufacture precision-engineered hardware for defence, aerospace and communications platforms. Our components are already in service on programmes run by major primes.
Israel is one of our most important markets. We have been supplying customers here for many years, and those relationships are among the most valuable assets in the business. What we have not had is someone on the ground.
This role changes that. You will take custody of accounts that already exist and matter, deepen them, and extend our reach into other agreed territories.
What you will actually do:
Own our existing strategic accounts in Israel. Hold them, grow them, and make sure we are the first call rather than a supplier of record.
Open new doors across the wider defence, aerospace and communications sector, and turn early conversations into long-term programme relationships.
Own the commercial relationship end to end: pipeline, forecasting, pricing conversations, negotiation support and contract development.
Stay in the deal after the deal. You will work alongside our engineering and projects teams through delivery, keeping scope, timing and commercial commitments aligned, and flagging risk early rather than late.
Feed the market back to us. You are our eyes in the region: competitor movement, programme timelines, procurement shifts.
What we offer:
A competitively remunerated package, benchmarked to the Israeli market for a role at this level.
Vehicle allowance.
Company-supplied phone and laptop.
Work from home flexibility.
Keren Hishtalmut at the 7.5 per cent employer contribution, capped at the tax-exempt ceiling.
A genuine seat at the table. You will be the voice of an entire region inside a company small enough that your opinion changes what gets built.
Requirements: Ten or more years in business development or strategic account management, with a track record you can point to in defence, aerospace, precision manufacturing or industrial engineering.
Existing, current relationships inside Israel's defence and aerospace ecosystem. This is the part we cannot train.
The technical literacy to hold a credible conversation about engineered hardware. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need to be taken seriously by them.
Fluent Hebrew and fluent English. You will work daily across an eight to nine hour time difference.
Willingness to travel, including periodic visits internationally.
Comfort operating independently. There is no Israeli office to walk into and no local team beneath you, at least initially.
This position is open to all candidates.
