This Team owns the core data plane infrastructure for all NAT-based products within the Andromeda network stack (e.g., private service connect (PSC) and Cloud network address translation (NAT). These products serve as critical entry and exit gateways that securely connect Cloud customers to their services and networks.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software for our Cloud's core networking and secure connectivity platforms.
Manage complex scalability, resource efficiency, and performance optimization challenges to evolve our cloud networking datapath.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering partners to define and build new network architectures and routing methods.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring high engineering velocity and robust code quality.
Participate in operational rotations, monitor production health, and troubleshoot packet latency or connectivity issues to keep our global systems healthy.

We are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to lead a team developing high-performance, mission-critical software for next-generation cellular networks.

In this role, you will combine technical leadership, people leadership, and hands-on development, driving the design and delivery of scalable solutions used by leading mobile operators worldwide. Our sensor development team is responsible for building the endpoint sensor which deploys on multiple platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux.

As a Software Engineer, you will be expected to have ownership over major components and development projects.

We are seeking a Staff Systems Software Engineer to design and build the foundational infrastructure that powers products used by billions of people worldwide. In this role, you will architect and implement large-scale distributed systems, low-level platform components, and high-performance services that underpin our core product stack. You will drive technical strategy across system reliability, performance, and scalability, partnering closely with product, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to deliver systems that operate at global scale with high availability and efficiency.
Software Engineer, Systems Responsibilities
Architect and implement large-scale distributed systems and platform services that support high-throughput, low-latency workloads across our product infrastructure
Lead the technical design of systems components including storage layers, compute pipelines, networking abstractions, and service orchestration frameworks
Identify and resolve systemic performance bottlenecks through instrumentation, profiling, and targeted optimization across the full systems stack
Define and enforce service level objectives for owned systems, building dashboards, alerting pipelines, and runbooks to reduce mean time to mitigation during incidents
Drive reliability improvements by reducing failure surface, designing resilient rollout strategies, and leading regular resiliency and overload testing exercises

What youll be doing:

Develop low-overhead, high-reliability implementations in C/C++, with bounded CPU/memory budgets.

Lead end-to-end feature delivery spanning user-mode components, driver/platform layers, and performance counter/trace providers.
