About The Position
Act as the highest level of technical escalation for Tier 1 and Tier 2 service teams, leading the resolution of complex technical issues.
Provide advanced remote technical support to global customers, partners, and field teams, including participation in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Lead technical service activities for local customers, including troubleshooting, coordination, issue ownership, and follow-up through resolution.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Product, and Operations teams to investigate recurring issues, improve system reliability, and drive effective corrective actions.
Develop, improve, and maintain service documentation, troubleshooting procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials.
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to global service teams, distributors, and partners.
Support system validation, software upgrades, service readiness activities, and new product introductions from a service perspective.
Analyze service data, trends, and recurring failure patterns using Salesforce, Excel, BI tools, and other available reporting systems.
Ensure all service activities are performed in compliance with applicable Quality, Regulatory, and Safety standards.

abra R&D is seeking an Embedded QA & Integration Engineer. We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team working on complex, mission-critical embedded systems. The role focuses on system-level and integration testing of real-time embedded products, combining laboratory testing, field integration, and in-depth troubleshooting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Northern Israel, with no hybrid option. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform hands-on manual testing of complex embedded and real-time systems at the system and integration levels
* Plan, write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios
* Perform end-to-end integration testing of the product as a complete system
* Analyze requirements and technical specifications and translate them into thorough test scenarios
* Work with laboratory test equipment and perform practical system setup, including connecting equipment, interfaces, and cables
* Troubleshoot and investigate failures using logs, network traces, Sniffer/Wireshark, and other diagnostic tools
* Test interfaces and interactions between the product and external systems
* Perform integration activities at customer sites when required
* Identify, reproduce, document, and investigate defects to help determine their root cause
* Work closely with Embedded, Software, Hardware, System, and Integration engineers to ensure high test coverage and product quality
* Work with Jira for defect tracking and test-related activities

We are looking for a Manual QA & Integration Engineer to work on complex systems. The role primarily focuses on manual software testing, alongside integration activities in laboratory environments and at customer sites.

During specific periods and according to project needs, integration activities may temporarily become a significant part of the role.

Responsibilities
Performing unit-level and system-level software testing, including test result analysis.
Analyzing requirements, writing test documentation, and conducting test reviews.
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues in real time.
Reporting defects and performing retesting following their resolution.
Performing end-to-end integrations in laboratory environments and at customer sites, including on-site system implementation.
Leading tasks and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and customers.

Daily work involves aspects of chip level design, including partitioning, CDC, RDC, trial synthesis, design quality checks.
