We looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to expedite and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, addressing exceptions, and providing ongoing support to the organizations needs.
The role serves as a key link between the Procurement team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of service and continuously improving supplier delivery performance.

Responsibilities
Daily tracking of all open purchase orders.
Ongoing communication with local and international suppliers to expedite deliveries and obtain status updates.
Identifying delivery delays and supply risks and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.
Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Handling expediting, postponements, and changes to purchase orders.
Updating delivery information in the ERP system.
Generating tracking and control reports on open purchase orders and supplier performance.
Collaborating with Warehouse, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supply issues.
Supporting Buyers in handling operational matters with suppliers.
Participating in performance improvement initiatives and procurement process optimization.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Procurement Expediting, Logistics, or Supply Chain - an advantage.
Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle / Priority) - a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Excel.
Good command of English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and under pressure.
Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
