As a system engineer you will be leading complex, multidisciplinary projects as a the technical owner, processing the customer needs and values into system specifications and requirements, overview the development and chair the acceptance processes.

In this role, you will be part of the electronics engineering team responsible for leading projects end-to-end, including electronics design, drafting, design verification testing, collaboration with internal departments, external suppliers, and supporting development and production phases

Responsibilities
Planning, executing, and documenting verification & validation (V&V) tests for electronic circuits, assemblies, and multidisciplinary systems
Performing functional, electrical, environmental, and integration tests for airborne and ground electronic systems
Preparing, executing, and documenting ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) and validation test documents
Operating laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, multimeters, and data acquisition systems
Performing hands-on debugging and troubleshooting of electronic boards, communication interfaces, cables, and system-level failures
Supporting integration, bring-up, and verification activities throughout development and production stages
Writing detailed test reports, validation summaries, failure analyses, and technical documentation
Working closely with hardware, firmware, system engineering, integration, manufacturing, and production teams
Supporting qualification, acceptance, and reliability testing processes מול customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Managing laboratory activities, maintaining test setups, and supporting calibration and organization of lab equipment

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team at our company, playing a critical role in advancing our renewable energy solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the future of various renewable energy products and solutions, serving as an interface between our customers and our company.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a background as a practical Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with a valid electrical license and comprehensive understanding of AC/DC, Low/Medium Voltage systems, networking and system controls. Proficiency in both Hebrew and English languages at a minimum of C1 level is required. The role will require on-call duty and the ability to oversee critical customer situations. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is highly beneficial, and a valid driving license is essential due to frequent travel requirements.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary interface between customers and our company, taking ownership of dispatched customer issues across various renewable energy solutions.
Provide comprehensive service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, running diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
Deliver on-site installation, repair, maintenance, testing tasks, upgrades, or rework activities for diverse renewable energy products.
Provide remote support to clients as needed.
Leading projects during commissioning and site acceptance services for various renewable energy solutions.
Adhere to operational procedures, processes, and practices consistently, ensuring compliance.
Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations for various renewable energy installations and services.
Maintain updated documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts and agreements, including reports creation.

We are looking for a System Integrator to join the company integration division, the position is primarily hands-on involving delivering and supporting large scale projects. Every project is unique and will require learning new technologies and designing new solutions to meet the R&D requirements & deliver a complete solution with Infrastructure & software to the end customer. The integration team is involved throughout the lifecycle of the R&D process from the development stage lab environments to the full-scale deployment in the customer premise and ongoing support & upgrades once the delivery is complete. You will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and learn new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability.
This is an opportunity to gain a combination of technical, administration, and analysis knowledge of our Cloud Infrastructure and provide escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements.
Performs regular administration and conducts basic performance trend analyses and server capacity. Performs system configurations and backups with minimal guidance. As assigned, implements monthly, quarterly, or hotfix patches to address security vulnerabilities or bugs. Resolves standard customer system issues and implements and documents technical solutions.

Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status.
