The successful candidate will combine deep materials expertise with a practical understanding of complex Nanography system interactions, driving innovations from early research through manufacturing release.
Responsibilities:
* Development and optimization of waterbased industrial inkjet ink formulations
* Design, plan, conduct, and analyze experimental work to support ink performance and reliability
* Maintain strong experimental traceability, documentation, and data integrity
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including jetting, process, mechanical, service, and operations
* Provide technical solutions for customer escalations related to ink performance
* Support transfer of ink formulations from labscale development to pilot and production environments

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the ink, printing, or coatings industries - must
* M.Sc. or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in inkjet inks
* Strong understanding of inkjet ink principles - advantage
* Proven experience leading research and technical projects
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
