Were launching a new Data & AI team at our company to build AI-first products and foundational platform capabilities from the ground up. This is a founding engineering role in our Tel Aviv office, with ownership and influence from day one.
Youll design and build foundational systems that power the next generation of our companys platform, working on high-impact, customer-facing products and helping set the technical bar for the team.
What youll do:
Own features end to end - take ideas from early concept through production. You wont just write code, youll ship real products, iterate quickly, and see the impact of your work with customers.
Think beyond the task -Take initiative, understand the broader context, and help drive product and technical decisions. This is not a ticket-driven role.
Build AI-powered systems- Use AI where it meaningfully improves product quality, development velocity, or user experience, both in what we ship and how we build.
Backend-focused, full-stack mindset- Your core focus will be backend systems, but youre comfortable working across APIs, data, infrastructure, and DevOps when needed.
Design for scale - Build backend services that are reliable, maintainable, and designed to grow with the platform.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, youll take the lead on building close management - a brand-new product were creating from scratch that will reshape how finance teams close their books and become a core engine of our companys growth and scale. Youll also work across our other core product domains, agent workflows and data & network. That spans the intelligent agents that do the work for finance teams, the products that help businesses close their books faster and with more control, and the data and network layer that connects it all together. Youll move fluidly between front-end and back-end, owning features end-to-end across whichever of these domains needs you most.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Cortex Platform Application team, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and operating critical backend platform services used across Cortex. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep platform/backend expertise with strong ownership, practical execution, and cross-team influence. You will help build scalable and reliable services, guide technical decisions, improve engineering methods, mentor engineers, and raise the quality of how the team designs, ships, documents, tests, and operates its systems. The team owns a broad set of platform capabilities, including areas such as application configuration, dashboards and reporting infrastructure, metrics, multi-tenant and MSSP infrastructure, log forwarding, notifications, auditing, access and permission engines, filtering and querying infrastructure, and other shared application platform domains. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure backend services for the Cortex Platform.
Act as a hands-on technical leader, writing and reviewing production code for critical platform services.
Lead technical design for complex backend and platform domains, balancing long-term architecture with practical delivery.
Own and improve core platform capabilities used by internal engineering teams and Cortex customers.
Drive operational excellence, including observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, reliability, and participation in on-call.
Improve engineering methods around documentation, testing, design reviews, ownership models, and production readiness.
Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers through design guidance, code reviews, production work, and day-to-day collaboration.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, security experts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
Help internal customers use platform capabilities correctly by creating clarity, alignment, and practical technical guidance.
Identify gaps in systems, processes, and ownership, and lead improvements without adding unnecessary process or friction.

The Software Engineer - Cloud will join a foundational and growing cloud team with meaningful ownership over critical platform areas. You will help build the software systems behind a hybrid edge-cloud architecture powering real-time video streaming, recording, and AI processing at global scale. This role sits within the team led by the Head of Cloud, which owns a broad software domain across cloud, mobile, web applications, and related clients.
Youll work on a distributed backend ecosystem that connects edge devices with cloud services and customer-facing applications, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and low-latency user experiences. Location & Travel
Hybrid Schedule:
Two days a week working from home.

Responsibilities
Build and evolve the core cloud platform that supports real-time video streaming, recording, and AI processing across a global customer base.
Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services that connect edge infrastructure with cloud systems and customer-facing products.
Develop and support data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing of video and AI-related workloads.
Work on systems responsible for ingestion, storage, retrieval, and secure handling of large-scale video data in a multi-tenant environment.
Architecting multi-tenant, highly available systems across regions in a cloud environment
Collaborate closely with Edge engineers and adjacent teams to enable seamless integration across the broader platform.
Use cloud provider services and SDKs as part of day-to-day development, including work across core cloud capabilities rather than a single isolated service.
Contribute to backend development in JavaScript/Node.js and, depending on background and team fit, potentially support growing work in Go as part of the cloud stack.
Participating in code reviews, debugging, and optimizing performance across distributed systems
Help support a production environment where reliability matters, including situations that may require responsiveness outside standard hours when cloud issues have broad impact.

We are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering our entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.

What you'll be doing:
Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
