We are looking for a Team Lead, Product Management to lead a group of Product Managers responsible for core areas of the platform. In this role, you will combine strong product leadership with hands-on execution, owning strategy and delivery while coaching and developing PMs on your team. We are seeking an experienced product manager to join Dashs core product team. Youll have significant influence over both product direction and execution and lead strategic product initiatives across the Dash platform. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Youll work closely with customers, and a high paced team of security researchers, engineers, and company leadership to define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and deliver products that solve real customer problems. You will help define the field of Agentic Security.
As an early product team member, youll have significant influence over both product direction and execution.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of core product features that enhance our on-chain security solutions. Be the Voice of the Customer

Deliver AI Security Outcomes

Lead the development of capabilities across data protection, AI governance, observability, and secure AI operations.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Go-To-Market
