About the Role:
You'll own technically difficult problems before the solution is known. Starting with a cybersecurity need, you'll study the domain, frame the technical challenge, investigate possible approaches, and build the solution through production. You'll have access to our company's shared agent infrastructure, but the role goes far beyond configuring existing components. Many use cases will require new reasoning methods, agent architectures, evaluation techniques, data strategies, or model behavior. This is a role for someone who enjoys applied research but is motivated by outcomes. The goal is not simply to prove that an idea can work, it is to make it useful and reliable for customers.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement AI solutions for complex cybersecurity workflows.
Develop new approaches for agent reasoning, planning, tool use, context management, decision-making, and recovery from failures.
Determine the right technical approach for each problem, combining models, algorithms, data, and conventional software where appropriate.
Define quality for each use case and create evaluations that measure correctness, task completion, consistency, safety, latency, and cost.
Analyze agent behavior deeply, identify the underlying causes of failures, and improve the relevant model, data, tool, or architecture.
Collaborate with cybersecurity experts, product teams, software engineers, and AI infrastructure engineers throughout development.

We are hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers - the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. We're looking for someone who lives at the seam between AdTech operations and engineering. You'll be our eyes and hands on the supply side, watching exchanges for signal, spotting issues before partners notice them, and turning what you see into AI-assisted systems that scale. You'll be the technical face of us to exchanges and clients, and you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Data Science to ship the tools you need.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable reading a network waterfall in DevTools, writing a Python and SQL script and shipping small apps with Claude\Cursor, and walking a partner through an integration issue on a call.

What you'll do:
Build AI systems. Design and ship AI Agents that monitors supply, watches integrations, and runs compliance and creative review at scale. This is the core of the role: turning what you see into systems that work while you sleep.
Monitor exchange supply for anomalies, signal, and revenue opportunities: pricing shifts, new inventory, traffic-quality changes, integration regressions.
Own ad quality. Track critical rendering, viewability, latency, and creative-integrity metrics across our buying surface; triage and drive fixes when something breaks.
Hunt commercial upside. When you spot something interesting in the data (a misconfigured deal, an underpriced supply path, a new format taking off, a partner leaving money on the table), turn it into a business action. We expect this role to pay for itself many times over.

What You'll Do
Own deployments end-to-end. From signed deal to production go-live and stabilization. No hand-offs.
