Responsibilities:
Take an ambiguous security challenge from "this might be possible" to a working POC that proves the company`s approach, grounded in technical reality.
Research the customer need, cybersecurity gap, and technical feasibility behind an idea before and while you build.
Own the end-to-end execution loop: scope the problem, build the prototype, evaluate it, document the approach, and ship it.
Partner closely with Product, R&D, and GTM. Dont just write about emerging problems. POC the solutions so customers see something real.
Make the calls on architecture, tooling, and tradeoffs, moving quickly from ambiguity to a tangible prototype.
When a POC succeeds, lead the transition to Engineering and Product so it can receive the resources required for productization.
Stay ahead of the rapid evolution in AI and proactively bring relevant insights into the team.
Requirements:
Requirements
Technical execution. Substantial hands-on experience in Engineering or Security Research. You can investigate an unfamiliar problem, form a point of view, and build the solution to prove it works.
AI. Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents. You understand how they work, where they fail, and how to reason about them. You are fluent with AI-assisted coding.
Cybersecurity. Strong understanding of attack paths and defensive controls. You can earn credibility with researchers and engineers alike through technical leadership.
Product mindset. You can hold is this the right thing to build? in tension with is this technically feasible? and decide both. You care about what pain a capability solves.
Agency. Comfortable starting from a blank page, working without a spec, and being the one who defines what done looks like. You move fast and tell the story.
Communication. You can explain your reasoning, present prototypes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document the work well enough for others to continue it.

Advantages
Experience building or researching cybersecurity products.
Experience with AI agents or AI agent security.
Experience in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment.
Previous leadership experience as a team lead or tech lead.
Public technical output: blog posts, conference talks, open source contributions, or published papers.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
we are looking for a Lead Security Researcher.
You will lead security research. This is not a bug hunting role. Your job is to invent the approaches that become product capabilities: new ways to detect, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities using LLMs and program analysis, proven on real data before a customer ever sees them.
You own the path from idea to shipped capability. You form the hypothesis, build the proof of concept, measure whether it actually works, and partner with engineering until it is in the product. You also own the quality bar: the benchmarks and evaluations that decide whether what we ship is good enough to put in front of customers.
You will set the research agenda, not just execute one. As the team grows, you will shape how research works here.
Requirements:
Experience. 8+ years in security research, vulnerability analysis, or applied security engineering.
Startup DNA. You have worked in an early stage or 0 to 1 environment. Comfortable with ambiguity, shipping without a big org behind you, and changing direction when the data says so. This is a requirement, not a bonus.
Research to product track record. You have turned research into things that shipped: features, tools, detections in production. Not just papers or reports.
Technical depth. Deep expertise in modern application stacks (microservices, containers, cloud platforms). You understand how these systems actually break.
Builder skills. Strong programming ability in at least one modern language (Python, Go, TypeScript). Comfortable writing production quality code.
Data rigor. Experience designing experiments, building datasets or benchmarks, and measuring quality quantitatively. You do not ship on vibes.
LLM fluency. Hands on experience applying LLMs to real problems, whether evaluation, prompting, fine tuning, or agentic systems, or a demonstrated ability to get there fast.
Proven findings. A history of discovering serious vulnerabilities (CVEs welcome) and responsible disclosure.
Communication. You can explain a complex attack and its real impact clearly to engineers, executives, and customers.
Work authorization. Permanent authorization to work in the US for the San Francisco role, or in Israel for the Israel role.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
Forward Deployed Engineering sits at the frontier of that work. We embed with our most strategic enterprise customers, running on-prem, air-gapped, and heavily regulated environments, and own the technical arc from discovery through production.

Your day might include designing a solution architecture for a high-impact agentic use case, debugging a production routing issue deep in our codebase, deploying a new MCP server with a customer team, or aligning with a CTO on a rollout plan; all in service of outstanding outcomes and rapid time to value for the organizations we work with.

This is a founding function. The first FDEs will define how we conducts field engineering: the standards, playbooks, and technical bar. The work is hands-on, commercially scoped, and high-leverage: youll partner closely with Product, Research, Platform, Security, and GTM, and what you learn in production directly shapes what the core team ships next. If you thrive under ambiguity, make fast and sound decisions when the stakes are high, and get energy from closing the gap between what customers hit in production and what we build next, this role is for you.

In This Role You Will
Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from first prototype to stable production, including core engineering work that unblocks strategic accounts.
Lead deep technical diagnosis and remediation in our codebase and production environments, model routing and gateway behavior, large-PR scaling, multi-pass behavior, performance and reliability issues.
Build customer-specific extensions (MCP servers, agent skills, platform integrations) that deliver immediate value and become durable product capability; upstream them into the main roadmap where appropriate.
Embed closely with customer engineering teams: serve as their senior technical counterpart for hands-on debugging, architecture reviews, and joint implementation.
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early; make deliberate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines.
Partner with Product, Research, and Platform to convert account learnings and eval-driven feedback into roadmap items, specs, and prioritized engineering work.
Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, runbooks, and reproducible benchmarks that Support and account teams can operate independently and help scale the field engineering function across the organization.
Requirements:
You Might Thrive in This Role If You
Bring 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role as a Forward Deployed Engineer, a Software Engineer with consulting exposure, or a founder with hands-on deployment experience.
Experience building or consuming MCP servers or agent frameworks.
Have scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments you know how to sequence work and protect delivery without slowing everything down.
Write and review production-quality code in Python, TypeScript or comparable stacks; you contribute directly in the code when it matters.
Have production experience with LLMs: advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale and you actively stay current with the latest capabilities and implementation patterns.
Have debugged hard problems in live distributed systems under time pressure and can write a postmortem that actually prevents recurrence.
Have shipped integrations that started as customer-specific work and became broadly reusable product capability.
Communicate clearly with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike; you conduct discovery well, convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, and spot risks early enough to act on them.

Nice to Have
Background in enterprise platform engineering, multi-tenancy design, or large-scale monorepo tooling.
Prior work with model routing, inference infrastructure, or LLM gateway systems.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
The Exposure Management Research Group at our company Software Technologies is expanding. We are looking for an experienced Offensive Security Researcher to join our newly formed AEV Team and lead the offensive side of our Agentic Exposure Validation (AEV) research.
About the group
The Exposure Management Research Group is the research arm behind our company's Exposure Management platform. The platform helps organizations see and reduce their risk from the outside in, across their external attack surface, threat intelligence, and digital risk. The group brings together vulnerability researchers, threat intelligence analysts, phishing researchers, and data scientists. Together, we track threat actors and campaigns, analyze vulnerabilities and active exploitation, and turn that research into detections, intelligence, and validation capabilities that serve thousands of customers worldwide. Our work relies heavily on data science, machine learning, and agentic AI to operate at scale.
About the position
Exposure validation goes beyond identifying that a vulnerability exists. Its purpose is to show whether an attacker could actually exploit that vulnerability, and how far they could get. In this position, you are responsible for bringing real offensive expertise into our AEV capability, which runs on an agentic AI system that validates exposures across our customers' environments.
You conduct hands-on offensive research, define the exploitation methodologies the system follows, and set the standard for what a validated, customer-ready finding looks like. You also work closely with our threat intelligence and detection teams, so that proven attack paths turn into protections for our customers.
This is a research position with direct product impact. It combines practical red team work with shaping how an AI-driven platform conducts, reasons about, and reports offensive activity.
What you'll do
Design and run offensive research against external attack surfaces: web applications, APIs, cloud-exposed services, identity, and edge infrastructure
Turn single findings into demonstrated impact through exploit chaining, lateral movement, and blast-radius analysis
Write and maintain the exploitation methodologies and attack hypotheses our agentic AEV engine runs on
Review agent runs and findings. Separate proven impact from claimed impact, and turn the gaps you find into better prompts, methods, and guardrails
Set the bar for customer-ready findings: a clear impact story, a reproducible chain, and remediation guidance a security team can act on
Work with threat intelligence researchers to turn in-the-wild attacker behavior (named actors, active campaigns, newly exploited vulnerabilities) into validation plays
Help close the purple loop by turning proven attack paths into detection and protection logic, and working with detection engineering on coverage
Contribute to the team's research output, including internal knowledge sharing and, where it fits, external publications and talks.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on offensive security experience: red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive research
Real exploitation depth beyond confirming vulnerabilities, including exploit chaining, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and showing business impact
Comfort with the non-deterministic side of offense: business logic flaws, misconfigurations, credential and token abuse, and using information disclosure as an entry point
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python preferred)
Clear written communication. You can explain a complex attack chain to an engineer and to a CISO
Strong advantage
A consulting background covering many customer environments, not one internal estate. You know what customers value in an engagement deliverable and how to present it
Broad exposure to defensive technologies, security controls, and vendors, and an understanding of what attacks look like from the defender's side.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
is looking for a DevOps engineer to own our infrastructure end to end.
You would be our only one. There is no platform team to join and no one to hand you a ticket queue. There is plenty of work, and most of it is on this page. You will set the technical direction as we grow, report to the Head of Engineering, and work directly with every engineer on the team.
We run on AWS and Kubernetes and deploy through GitOps. Our use of AI in engineering is growing quickly, and the infrastructure behind it has not caught up yet. Building that is a real part of this job.
What Youll Do:
Own all of our infrastructure. Kubernetes, AWS, and the core services around them. The foundation was built properly and the team has kept it running between other priorities. You are not inheriting a mess. What it has not had is a full-time owner. Reliability, cost, security posture, and the roadmap all become yours.
Own CI/CD. Every services build and deploy pipeline, and the self-hosted runner infrastructure underneath. We ship fast and we are working on shipping faster. One of our engineers is automating more of it right now, and you will take that over and push it further. The interesting problem is adding the safety a growing company needs without turning deploys into something people dread.
Help us shape the infrastructure behind our AI development. Our engineers use coding agents every day and that use keeps growing. We do not have a clear path for the infrastructure behind it yet, and you will help us find one. One direction we are exploring is moving agents off laptops and into the cloud, with a sandbox environment per engineer so an agent keeps working after the laptop is closed. Deciding whether that is the right answer, and building what we choose, is part of this job.
Scale how we deploy to customers. Some customers need us to run inside their own environment. We already do this, but each deployment takes too much hands-on work. You will make it repeatable, faster, and secure, and give our engineers the tooling to support customers directly.
Own our observability. Metrics, logs, alerting, and dashboards. Decide what is worth waking someone for, and keep the cost of watching under control.
Own infrastructure security and support our compliance work. Hardening, IAM, secrets, and vulnerability management. You will help us keep our SOC 2 compliance, which customers require before they will work with us, and help answer their security reviews. We sell to security teams, so they ask hard questions.
Keep our data recoverable. Backups, restore testing, and a disaster recovery plan for RDS Postgres and ClickHouse that we have actually rehearsed.
Partner with engineers on solutions, not tickets. You are the person developers come to when they need infrastructure to do something new.
דרישות:
6+ years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
Real production Kubernetes experience, preferably EKS.
Deep AWS knowledge. VPC, IAM, and networking, at a level where you can explain the trade-offs behind your design.
Infrastructure as code. Terraform or Terragrunt.
Ownership of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions preferred.
Hands-on work with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, as part of your daily workflow.
A security-first mindset. You think about blast radius and least privilege by default, not after review.
Clear communication. You will work with every engineer here, and sometimes with our customers. You can explain a technical trade-off to someone who does not share your background.
Accountability. You will be the only person who owns Tokens infrastructure, and that is what you want.
Nice to Have
GCP or Azure alongside AWS.
GitOps with ArgoCD, and writing Helm charts.
Python, or another language you use to build real internal tooling. Our services are Python.
ClickHouse, or another column store used for high volume log and event data.
RDS Postgres in production. Tuning, upgrades, and failover.
Experience building המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.

We're looking for our **first Forward Deployed Engineer**. You'll sit directly with our customers' engineering teams and get their workloads onto Impala - from the first scoping conversation to a production endpoint carrying real traffic, at a cost and latency profile they couldn't hit anywhere else.
This is an engineering role. You will write code every day, in customer repos and in ours. It also carries pieces of solutions architecture, product management, and pre-sales, and you should want that mix rather than tolerate it. Ambiguous business goals come in; observable, benchmarked, production services go out.
As the founding FDE you also define the function: what a POC looks like, what we promise and measure, which patterns get productized, and how the field feeds the roadmap. The next FDEs will work from what you build here.
What You'll Do
- **Own customer outcomes end to end:** problem framing, evaluation design, migration, deployment, benchmarking, monitoring. You're the technical owner from first call through expansion.
- **Win the POC:** turn a vague objective into a tight spec and a working proof of concept fast, with explicit quality, latency, throughput, and cost-per-token targets - and hit them.
- **Tune serverless inference for real workloads:** model and engine selection, batching strategy, KV cache behavior, speculative decoding, quantization, parallelism, cold-start and autoscaling behavior under bursty traffic. Diagnose regressions down to the inference engine.
- **Migrate workloads onto Impala:** move customers off OpenAI-compatible APIs, self-managed vLLM, SageMaker, or their own GPU fleets - and prove out the quality and cost delta with numbers.
- **Guide model strategy:** advise on open-weight model selection, distillation, and fine-tuning for specific tasks; help customers get from a general-purpose frontier model to a smaller, faster, cheaper one that holds quality.
- **Close the product loop:** bring the field back into the roadmap - write the PRDs, land the PRs, and turn one-off customer work into platform features.
- **Be the technical anchor in the room:** support sales on complex evaluations, run technical onboarding, earn trust with staff engineers and CTOs.
Requirements:
- **4+ years** building and shipping production software
- **Inference in production:** hands-on experience serving LLMs with **vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM** or equivalent, and real intuition for what makes inference fast or expensive.
- **Optimization fundamentals:** working knowledge of batching, KV cache, quantization, speculative decoding, tensor and pipeline parallelism - and the tradeoffs between them.
- **Model judgment:** fluency with the open-weight model landscape and good instincts on model selection for a given task, hardware profile, and latency budget.
- **Production cloud comfort:** containers, Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD. You don't need to be an SRE, but nothing here should be a black box.
- **Range in the room:** you can hold a technical conversation with a skeptical staff engineer and a commercial one with their VP, in the same meeting.
- **Default ownership:** ambiguity, unfamiliar codebases, and a customer waiting on you are the normal conditions of this job, not exceptions.
- Prior forward-deployed, solutions architecture, or applied ML engineering experience at an infrastructure company.
- Post-training experience: LoRA, SFT, DPO, RLHF, GRPO, distillation.
- GPU-level performance work CUDA, Triton, memory bandwidth and throughput profiling.
- Experience selling into or building for regulated, data-sensitive enterprises.
- Open-source contributions to inference or serving projects.
- You've been the first or second person in a function before.
This position is open to all candidates.

As Security Research Team Lead at our company, you will lead the team turning security research and enterprise security data into actionable insights and product capabilities. You will combine people management with hands-on technical leadership, helping customers understand their exposure and get more value from their security tools.
Were looking for a leader with a strong background in cybersecurity research, deep understanding of enterprise security tools, and a data-driven approach to solving problems. You should be equally comfortable mentoring researchers, shaping a research roadmap, and joining customer calls to explain findings and understand real-world challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead and Develop the Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of security researchers. Set clear goals, provide technical guidance and feedback, and build a culture of rigor, curiosity, and ownership.
Own the Research Roadmap: Define and prioritize research initiatives in partnership with product and engineering. Balance customer needs, emerging threats, and strategic opportunities, taking projects from initial investigation through production delivery.
Drive Security Tool Research: Lead deep research into enterprise security platforms, including EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IAM, and vulnerability management tools. Assess configurations, policies, coverage, and defensive capabilities to identify gaps and improve security effectiveness.
Engage Directly with Customers: Lead technical customer discussions, explain findings clearly, investigate complex questions, and turn feedback into research and product improvements.
Turn Data into Security Insights: Guide how the team collects, models, correlates, and validates security data. Translate fragmented telemetry and configuration data into reliable assessments, prioritized findings, and actionable recommendations.
Shape Integrations and Product Capabilities: Own the research requirements and security logic behind integrations, security control assessments, and exposure prioritization. Work closely with engineering to ensure research translates into accurate, scalable product features.
Set Research Quality Standards: Establish methods for validating findings, testing assumptions, and measuring accuracy. Ensure conclusions are supported by evidence and recommendations account for customer context and operational constraints.
Guide AI-Powered Research and Workflows: Shape the security knowledge, reasoning logic, and evaluation methods behind our companys AI-powered capabilities, ensuring outputs are accurate, explainable, and useful.
Partner Across our company: Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer-facing teams to align priorities, resolve technical challenges, and deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Requirements:
Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing security researchers or a closely related technical team, including mentoring, performance management, and project delivery.
Cybersecurity Research Expertise: 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in cybersecurity research, security control assessment, detection engineering, exposure management, or related fields.
Deep Security Tool Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise security platforms, their APIs, configuration models, policies, and telemetry. Ability to evaluate what a tool can protect against, how it is deployed, and where gaps remain.
Data-Driven Research Skills: Experience working with complex security datasets, defining data models, and correlating information across sources. Comfortable using Python, SQL, or similar tools to investigate data, test hypotheses, and validate research at scale.
Technical Judgment: Ability to challenge assumptions, review research methods and results, and guide the team through ambiguous problems while staying close to the technical details.
This position is open to all candidates.
