We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our product team and help take our AI-powered products to the next level. This role is built for a junior engineer who wants to be at the forefront of AI and prompt engineering. You will be responsible for designing, validating, monitoring and productionizing prompts, LLM workflows, and AI agents. As well as this, you will write the functions, tools, MCPs, and integrations inside our codebase that power our agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across many departments and teams. Most importantly, you will be genuinely passionate about modern AI tools and the practical adoption of LLMs in product development: you stay on top of what's new, experiment constantly, and bring fresh ideas to the team. This is a position based out of our Tel Aviv office or Jerusalem office, and will report to the LLM team lead.
 
What you will be responsible for:
* Design, prototype and iterate AI agents and LLM workflows from ideation to execution
* Monitor live systems (dashboards, A/B tests, validation pipelines), triage issues, and implement fixes for hallucinations and regressions
* Write and maintain functions, APIs, and integrations within our codebase to support agent capabilities
* Build and maintain LLM-as-judge frameworks to continuously evaluate quality at scale
* Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, CX, and R&D teams


The top candidate will also have:
* Hands-on experience with using LLM pipelines in a product context
* Experience with Langchain, LangGraph, n8n, or similar tools
* Experience working with chatbots or conversational AI products
* Writing experience, such as copywriting, personal writing, or UX writing background

Design and build highly scalable, reliable data pipelines that serve clean, structured data across our company's engineering, product, and business teams - ensuring the entire organisation can trust the data it works with
Own the architecture of complex data models that translate messy, real-world transportation data - bookings, payments, driver activity, and more - into systems that are fast, efficient, and built to scale
Lead end-to-end development across the full data lifecycle: from architecture and design through to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Proactively monitor data quality and reliability, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they reach stakeholders - building the kind of data infrastructure people can depend on

We're looking for someone who lives at the seam between AdTech operations and engineering. You'll be our eyes and hands on the supply side, watching exchanges for signal, spotting issues before partners notice them, and turning what you see into AI-assisted systems that scale. You'll be the technical face of us to exchanges and clients, and you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Data Science to ship the tools you need.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable reading a network waterfall in DevTools, writing a Python and SQL script and shipping small apps with Claude\Cursor, and walking a partner through an integration issue on a call.

What you'll do:
Build AI systems. Design and ship AI Agents that monitors supply, watches integrations, and runs compliance and creative review at scale. This is the core of the role: turning what you see into systems that work while you sleep.
Monitor exchange supply for anomalies, signal, and revenue opportunities: pricing shifts, new inventory, traffic-quality changes, integration regressions.
Own ad quality. Track critical rendering, viewability, latency, and creative-integrity metrics across our buying surface; triage and drive fixes when something breaks.
Hunt commercial upside. When you spot something interesting in the data (a misconfigured deal, an underpriced supply path, a new format taking off, a partner leaving money on the table), turn it into a business action. We expect this role to pay for itself many times over.
Be the technical POC to exchanges and clients (Google, AppLovin, and others). Own integration health, debug protocol-level issues, translate between their stack and ours, and represent us in technical conversations.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science. Surface what you see in the wild into requirements, dashboards, and models; co-build the internal tools you'll use.
