We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized PMO to join our team in a focused part-time position.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end operational tracking of strategic cross- organizational projects, working closely with various enterprise, technical, and government stakeholders.
This role offers a flexible morning schedule (~4 hours daily), making it an ideal fit for parents or students enrolled in afternoon/evening programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track task execution, project milestones, and deliverables across
multidisciplinary teams and external public/private entities.
- Serve as the primary operational focal point, coordinating directly with
external stakeholders, government agencies, and tech vendors.
- Monitor timelines, identify risks/bottlenecks, and drive proactive resolution.
- Prepare high-level project status reports, meeting summaries, and cross-team
documentation.
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage action items to completion.
Work Model & Location:
Job Scope: Part-time (~4 hours per day, e.g., Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-12:00 / 08:30-12:30).
Location: Hybrid model - 4 days on-site in Or Yehuda, 1 day remote (Work from Home).
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English; high interpersonal confidence and ability to drive tasks diplomatically across senior counterparts.
- Organizational Skills: Methodical, structured mindset with high attention to detail, execution drive ("getting things done"), and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
