Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using modern C ++. Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a recognized academic university, with a strong foundation in Computer Science and software engineering principles. At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including significant professional experience with C ++. Strong proficiency in modern C ++, object-oriented design, software architecture, and design patterns. Experience with Windows and Linux based software development Proven experience developing, debugging, and maintaining complex production-grade software systems. Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of professional software development, including code generation, refactoring, debugging, TEST generation, or code review. Strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving capabilities, and sound technical judgment. Experience collaborating through code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-functional development. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Advantages Familiarity with AI coding agents, AI-enabled engineering workflows, and secure use of AI tools in software development. Experience developing software for Real-Time, Embedded, or performance-critical systems. Experience with additional programming languages, particularly C # and Python.
