Oversee the platform's AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture decisions.

Guide the team's development of an AI agent for forensic use cases, including MCP tool design for safe, effective data access.

Represent the group across a matrixed org and partner with product teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior BSP (Board Support Package) Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, firmware development, hardware-software integration, and system bring-up. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining BSPs for our cutting-edge satellite communication products.

Key Responsibilities:
BSP Development: Design, develop, and maintain Board Support Packages for ARM based Linux real-time operating systems.
System Bring-Up: Lead the commissioning of new hardware platforms, ensuring all components function correctly.
Hardware Integration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to initialise new boards and validate hardware functionality.
Linux Kernel Driver Development: Develop and optimise in‑kernel device drivers and subsystems for high‑speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, SPI, I²C, UART, DMA and RF front‑ends.
Driver Development: Develop and optimise Linux kernel level device drivers for various peripherals and interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe).
Bootloader Customisation: Customise and enhance bootloaders for system initialisation.

We are looking for a highly skilled SW developer Expert with substantial Embedded RT and Object-Oriented development experience in a multi-disciplinary environment to join our R&D group in Israel (Rehovot).
You will be a part of a talented software team that is currently developing the next generation of 3D printers, using cutting-edge technology and constantly looking for new ideas and improvements.
What you will be doing:
Lead development tasks through all stages - gathering requirements, designing, implementing (mostly using C, C++ and C#) and following integration on the 3D printers themselves.
Work closely with System and HW engineers, SW developers, QA and many more.
Perform design and code reviews
Constant collaboration and knowledge sharing with the SW team.

Responsibilities:
Physical implementation of complex SoC, VLSI devices and Test Chips, integrating custom designs and 3rd party IP (Hard, Soft, IO, CPUs, DSPs, etc).
Full block level timing closure and manufacturing checks signoff including power planning and analysis.
Working alongside the Logic Design RTL team to develop timing constraints for implementation at block and chip level.
Insertion of DFT test structures and chip level integration, capture and simulation.
