We're looking for a product-minded IT leader to help us scale how teams get work done internally. You'll lead IT in Tel Aviv, manage a team of IT Solutionists, and build more autonomous Maker experiences - partnering across Product, Engineering, and Security to turn business needs into coherent strategies, systems, and automations using AI-powered products.
We believe three things matter for every role: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll:
Build and execute the Autonomous Maker Experience across the employee lifecycle, workplace technology, and technical support
Manage and develop IT Solutionists into stronger owners, builders, and advisers
Partner with leadership to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact automation and AI opportunities
Apply problem decomposition and system design to turn incomplete ideas into clear plans and recommendations
Personally prototype and build automations, agents, workflows, and internal tools
Own cross-functional AI opportunities from discovery through rollout, adoption, and impact measurement
Own the Tel Aviv tech experience - networks, AV, MSPs, vendors, budgets, AI governance, and Security partnership
Build solutions that fit cohesively into our wider agentic systems and Maker experience.
Requirements:
What you'll need
7+ years across IT engineering, internal products, automation, business systems, technical operations, or adjacent roles
3+ years leading and developing technical teams
Strong problem abstractions and the ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems
Technical credibility to work as a peer with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Security
Strong understanding of AI, APIs, data flows, integrations, MCPs, security, and scalable system design
Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, Workato, or similar platforms
Comfort prototyping with Python, TypeScript, Ruby, or comparable languages
Strong communication and upward-management skills
A track record of creating direction, developing others, and shipping meaningful outcomes
Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're looking for an IT Manager to own the technology experience across. From the moment someone joins the company to the day they leave, you'll make sure every tool, device, system, and workflow helps people move faster.
This is a true one-person team.

Own the end-to-end internal technology experience across the company.
Deliver fast, thoughtful support that keeps people productive.
Lead seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.

You thrive in environments where you can roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and continuously improve how things work.

Job Type: Full Time
Money is becoming software. That changes everything about how it has to be protected. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents are moving real value at machine speed. Thats where our company comes in. We build the security technology behind how money moves. Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and many of the largest platforms moving money today rely on us to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams, and hacks before they reach a single user.
Were backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts, firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity.
We're looking for an IT Manager to own how our company works day to day: how people get access, how their machines operate, how the network runs, and how the offices function.
What You'll Do:
Help Desk & Support. Serve as the single point of contact for all IT support. Handle everything from day-to-day access requests and software hiccups to laptop troubleshooting, ensuring the team gets fast, hands-on help directly from you.
Identity. Own Okta as our primary IdP. Automate the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle from HiBob into every downstream app, and own SAML and OIDC integrations, SCIM provisioning, and adaptive MFA policies. Access should be a function of someone's role, not a ticket.
Endpoints. Own our Apple fleet in Jamf Pro: zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, patch policies, and scripted deployments. A new hire's Mac should be compliant and fully configured before they open it.
Network and offices. Own the firewall and wireless infrastructure end to end: policies, VPN, segmentation, 802.1X, and zero-trust remote access. Own every meeting room too, including Meet and Zoom hardware, displays, booking, and cabling, and standardize the build so a new office is a deployment rather than a project.
SaaS. Primary admin for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, and dozens more. Integrate through APIs and webhooks rather than manual sync, and drive license and vendor consolidation.
Automation and AI. Treat every recurring manual task as a bug. Write code against the Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and HiBob APIs, and use LLM tooling, coding agents, and MCP integrations to build support workflows that resolve requests without a human in the loop.
Security and compliance. Partner with Security on zero-trust access, patch remediation, access reviews, and automated evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Support incident response with the logs and device actions the team needs, fast.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience running IT in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS environments - a must.
A strong service mindset and the ability to independently manage and resolve everyday tech issues end-to-end.
Deep hands-on Okta: lifecycle management, group rules, SAML and OIDC, SCIM, and authentication policies.
Advanced Jamf Pro engineering and macOS troubleshooting at the command line.
Real network experience: firewalls, controller-based wireless, VLANs, VPN, and 802.1X.
Google Workspace administration in depth, plus experience owning conference room AV.
Strong scripting and comfort working straight against REST APIs. You should be able to read an API doc and have something working the same day.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to ship real work.
This position is open to all candidates.
