About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key architect and operator of our modern security posture, focusing heavily on Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB/SSE) architecture, next-generation Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and securing the deployment and usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) across the enterprise.

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Deputy CISO to join Sunbit's Security leadership team, reporting directly to the CISO.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and scaling the security program of a fast-growing fintech company. As Deputy CISO, you will serve as the CISO's trusted partner, helping drive the organization's security strategy while leading day-to-day execution across multiple security domains.
Yo will oversee both the Security Operations , Security Engineering and GRC organizations, managing team leads and security professionals across Israel and abroad. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, technical depth, operational excellence, and people leadership.
The ideal candidate brings experience from large-scale, cloud-native environments and has successfully led security programs spanning Security Operations, Security Engineering, Compliance, Risk Management, and Security Architecture. You will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership teams to continuously strengthen Sunbit's security posture while enabling business growth.

As a SecOps Lead , you will own the core of the security operations function: detection, response, automation, and the processes that connect them. You will guide incident response from first alert through post-mortem, keeping efforts structured and stakeholders informed along the way. You will shape how the team detects, triages, and resolves, and communicate that work clearly to leadership, engineering, and customers.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You should be comfortable writing a detection rule, coordinating a live incident, and walking stakeholders through a post-incident review.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Incident Response: Own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle across infrastructure and enterprise browser platform, driving investigations, coordinating responders, and ensuring timely resolution and post-incident improvements.
Own the IR Framework: Build, maintain, and continuously improve incident response processes, including runbooks, severity definitions, escalation paths, on-call procedures, and communication standards.
Drive Detection Engineering: Design, implement, and continuously improve high-fidelity detections across SIEM, EDR, cloud, and endpoint security platforms, closing visibility gaps and strengthening detection coverage.
Automate Security Operations: Build automation and AI-driven workflows that streamline triage, investigation, enrichment, and response, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
Threat Hunting & Research: Proactively hunt for threats, leverage threat intelligence, and identify emerging attack techniques relevant to modern enterprise environments.
Own Security Operations: Serve as the technical owner for Security Operations within Product Security, driving strategy, setting best practices, and continuously improving detection and response capabilities.
Partner Across Engineering: Collaborate closely with Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to embed security into new services, infrastructure changes, FedRAMP initiatives, and customer-facing security requirements.
Communicate During Incidents: Provide clear, timely communication throughout incident response, keeping technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders aligned on impact, progress, risks, and next steps.

What youll do
IT Operations & Employee Experience

Youll work closely with the CTO, engineering, and business teams, combining hands-on execution with real ownership and impact.
Manage corporate SaaS platforms, identity management (SSO), and Google Workspace.
Compliance & audits (SOC2, PCI)
Acting as the security point of contact for customers, auditors, and internal teams
Act as the primary technical point of contact for all employees, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Deploy and operate endpoint security and management tools (EDR, MDM, DLP) across a distributed workforce.
Cloud & Infrastructure Security

Improve and maintain the security posture of our AWS/GCP-based cloud infrastructure.
Operate cloud security platforms, such as Upwind / Wiz / Oligo, or similar solutions to prioritize and remediate risks.
Design and enforce secure access controls and least-privilege IAM policies.
Investigate cloud security alerts and support incident response.
Application Security

Integrate security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines by automating SAST, SCA, and secret scanning.
Secure containerized workloads (Kubernetes / EKS) focusing on runtime protection and image hardening.
Provide guidelines and safeguards for AI-powered development processes and AI models within our SaaS platform.
Compliance & Security Culture

Support SOC2 and PCI DSS compliance initiatives and audit readiness.
Serve as the primary security focal point for external auditors.
Contribute to security awareness and best practices across the company, explaining the rationale behind security requirements.

we are looking for a Application Security Director.
As the Director of Product Security, you will spearhead our efforts to fortify and enhance the security posture of our products and runtime environments and play a critical leadership role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for the organizations complex product applications, platform, development and cloud infrastructure.
You will lead a team of security experts and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other business units to ensure the security and integrity of our applications, platforms, cloud infrastructure, and code stack against current & evolving threats.
Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding security best practices throughout the development and operations pipeline, ensuring a secure and scalable product environment. You will also drive the strategy, development, and implementation of a comprehensive application security program across our cloud-based applications.

You will own security end to end: strategy and execution, both. You inherit a working program, with an annual SOC 2 Type II audit, an established tool stack, and clear vendor-gating rules already in place. You will work closely with our Application Architect, our IT team, Legal, and engineering leads across Israel, the US and the UK. The role reports to a member of the executive team.

This is a player-coach role. One week you present the annual risk review to management; the next you are pulling audit evidence, tuning a cloud alert rule, or reading a vendor's risk scan yourself. If you need a large team under you to be effective, this is probably not the right fit. If you like owning the whole problem, it is a good one.

What you will do:

Own the annual SOC 2 Type II audit end to end: controls, evidence collection, external auditors and consultants. The bar we hold ourselves to is zero deviations.
Run supply-chain security: vendor risk assessments and security questionnaires, gating rules for new vendors, and contract security terms together with Legal. We do not onboard vendors without SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and critical findings block the deal.
Own application security with runtime-context prioritization: focus engineering on what is actually exploitable in production, and filter out the scanner noise.
Run day-to-day security operations: cloud security posture across AWS and GCP, EDR, email security, identity and zero-trust access, alert triage and remediation follow-up with the owning teams.
Manage the annual penetration-testing program: scoping, vendor selection, findings triage and remediation tracking with R&D.
Own incident response: keep the plan current, run it when needed, and handle notification duties toward our cyber insurer.
Run the security awareness program and the security portion of employee onboarding.
Manage the security budget, tool renewals and vendor relationships.
Set governance for AI tools used across the company: usage guidelines, risk registers, and security review of new AI vendors.

This is a hands-on role that balances deep technical work alongwith building and running the function: the Lead drives high-severity incidents end-to-end, serves as the escalation ceiling, and sets the standards and structure the team operates by.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and lead global IR capability - select and mature DFIR tooling, and establish the playbooks and follow-the-sun operating model across EMEA, Asia, and APAC while hiring and developing a team of responders.
Lead the technical response to major incidents hands-on - from escalation through containment, eradication, and recovery - and act as the final technical authority on the most complex cases.
Personally conduct end-to-end forensic investigations across cloud, platform, and endpoint environments - log analysis at scale, host and network forensics, memory analysis, malware triage, and timeline reconstruction.
Define and enforce consistent investigation standards across the team: severity and escalation criteria, cross-region handoff quality, and evidence handling that meets legal, regulatory, and forensic requirements.

In this role, you will provide technical mentorship and strategic vision, guiding research into service risk profiling and adversarial TTPs analysis. We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer to own and elevate the security posture of our
cloud-native, AI-driven SaaS platform. Reporting to the Director of DevOps, you'll be the technical
anchor for security across our product, infrastructure, and organization - combining hands-on
engineering with the strategic judgment to translate risk into clear, actionable priorities.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate end to end: threat modeling a new feature
in the morning, hardening cloud infrastructure in the afternoon, and briefing leadership on risk posture
by the end of the week. As we scale our platform and deepen our use of AI/ML, you'll define how we
build, ship, and operate securely - often standing up programs and controls that don't yet exist.
You'll work cross-functionally well beyond engineering, partnering with Customer Success, Marketing,
Finance, and Legal to make security a shared, business-aware practice rather than a gate at the end of
the line.

What You'll Do

As a Cloud Security Lead (Cloud Security Architecture & Hardening) , you will design, implement, and enhance the security of our mission-critical cloud infrastructure and the Enterprise Browser by establishing robust security architectures, implementing proactive hardening controls, and driving continuous operational excellence. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our cloud environment, shaping the foundational security posture through precision, innovation, and design foresight.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Security Architecture & Hardening: Design and enforce security baselines, configurations, and reference architectures across our multi-cloud footprint (AWS/GCP/Azure). Evaluate new cloud services and features for security implications and create hardened deployment standards for IaaS, PaaS, and serverless components.
Security Engineering & Automation: Develop and deploy security-as-code solutions, integrating security controls directly into CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to ensure continuous configuration integrity and compliance. Develop custom automation for detection, alerting, and triage workflows, leveraging cloud SDKs and APIs.
Cloud Security Monitoring & Observability: Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native security monitoring solutions (e.g., utilizing services like CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Command Center) to ensure comprehensive visibility across the cloud control plane and data plane.
