We are looking for a Staff engineer to join our Data Products team.

The team owns the data platform layer underneath our core operations.

It builds and operates the real-time data processing systems, quality pipelines, schema infrastructure, and knowledge base tooling that make agent-driven work trustworthy at scale.


What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and operate Flink-based streaming pipelines at production scale, the real-time processing systems at the core of our internal workflows.
Own data quality and observability infrastructure: schema contracts, freshness monitoring, ownership registries, and the alerting systems that catch problems before they affect downstream processes.
Build and evolve the knowledge base tooling that makes institutional context queryable for agents and engineers.
Drive data integrity work: design systems that recover reliably from failure and make the underlying platform trustworthy by default.
Collaborate with the Agentic Data Foundation initiative as we build a company-wide data layer; Data Products is where the proof of concept gets built and validated.
Set technical direction across the team's systems and hold architecture standards with the EM and other Staff engineers.

The CTO Office is our core discovery engine, dedicated to navigating the rapid evolution in AI agent security and building the lighthouse. We are a high-agency team of ICs with integrated Engineering, Research, and Product mindsets. Our mission: incubate new ideas, define the approach to emerging attack classes, and build working POCs that prove technical reality. Guided by the CTO, Product, and GTM, we validate hard, open problems and actively support the Product organization by opening new development paths and seamlessly handing over advanced capabilities.

What Youll Do
Responsibilities:
Take a hard, open problem in AI agent security from this might be possible to a working POC that proves the company`s approach, grounded in technical reality.
Partner closely with Product, R&D, our Labs, and GTM. Dont just write about emerging problems. Think them through, design the solution, and POC it so customers see something real.
Own the end-to-end loop: scope the problem, build the prototype, evaluate it, document the approach, ship it.
Make the calls on architecture, tooling, and tradeoffs.
When a POC succeeds, own the handover to Engineering and Product. When a new direction needs its own team, lead the incubation.
Stay ahead of the rapid evolution in AI and proactively identify emerging trends.

we are looking for a Runtime Sensor Developer | eBPF Expert.
In this role, youll write low-level code that hooks deep into runtimes and OS internals (via eBPF) to capture runtime data with near-zero overhead. Basically, youre creating the eyes and ears inside applications, so we can detect intrusions as they happen.
Youll be pushing the envelope of what eBPF and kernel tech can do: tracing syscalls, monitoring network flows, and intercepting anything attackers might exploit. Your work will help determine exploitability and flag compromises instantly - even for zero-day attacks that nobody has seen before.
This is a high-impact, experimental role: part engineer, part hacker - optimizing for performance and reliability while youre bending the rules of the OS.
