We are looking for an experienced Lab Support Technical Leader to lead our R&D lab operations.
This role combines technical leadership, operational management, hands-on work and strategic planning across worldwide labs. You will report to the Lab Manager.
Location

On-site - working 5 days a week from our office in Caesarea.

What you will be doing:

Lead R&D lab operations supporting large-scale broadband and networking environments.

Lead and mentor the Lab Support team, including goal setting, KPIs, SLA management, prioritization, and professional development.

Providing hands-on support for lab infrastructure installations and deployments when required.

Architect, design, and maintain advanced networking infrastructures, including switches, routers, servers, and virtualization platforms.

Lead deployment and support of new lab installations.

Establish and maintain documentation standards across Confluence, Jira, Visio, and related systems.

Lead automation and operational efficiency initiatives to improve scalability,

Provide regular executive-level reporting on lab operations, project status, risks, and roadmap progress.

Manage timelines, ETAs, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent activities.

Required Senior R&D System Application Engineer (12 Months Contract)

As part of our R&D Engineering team, you will work closely with our Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop the latest tools and technologies to address significant, unmet clinical needs that impact patients lives around the world.
What will you do?
You will be part of an R&D team responsible for the development, integration, and validation of medical device systems. With a strong emphasis on hands-on development, data-driven engineering, with a problem-solving mindset. you will contribute to the full product development lifecycle - from the need, through signal processing and GUI development to system testing and clinical application. This role is designed for engineers who are passionate about building and refining medical device technologies in a multidisciplinary environment.
How youll make an impact:
Develop and improve medical device features within the portfolio as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team that includes mechanical, hardware, and software engineers. Main activities include - procedure development, algorithm development, GUI design and implementation, scripting, test automation, data acquisition, and data analysis and visualization.
Participate in the design and development of system-level features, supporting architecture decisions and translating clinical and functional requirements into working solutions.
Perform hands-on testing of medical device systems (implant systems, hardware, and software), including functional, integration, and exploratory testing to validate design performance and clinical readiness.
Lead test design efforts, including writing test cases, test procedures, and test reports. Collect, analyse, and summarize test data to support design decisions and issue investigations.
Execute and support test protocols in lab and simulated clinical environments. Accurately document results, observations, and issues to ensure traceability and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues - including caregivers, R&D engineers, clinical specialists, marketing, and quality teams - to understand system behaviour, clinical workflows, and end-user needs, ensuring that developed solutions align with real-world application requirements.

Lead the Product Management function across multidisciplinary development teams, driving best-in-class product ownership methodologies from concept to launch. Act as the strategic commercial bridge between global field teams and R&D, evaluating business needs for ROI and strictly enforcing R&D intake phase-gates to manage WIP limits. Own and author the Product Requirements Document (PRD) & Marketing Requirements Document (MRD), seamlessly translating complex clinical and business workflows into definitive technical product specifications. Drive usability engineering and human factors testing (IEC 62366-1) specifically tailored for complex medical aesthetics devices Cross-Functional Collaboration with system Engineering, Hardware, Software, V&V, Clinical and Regulatory teams to ensure product vision is executed without scope & feature creep. Play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, broad, and technologically advanced medical products. Ensure alignment between product management and regulatory/clinical/quality requirements. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers / Product Owners as the department scales Standardize product management frameworks, methodologies (for PRDs/MRDs), and lifecycle processes within the R&D division

We are looking for a Sr. Production Testing Engineer to join our Operation Engineering department.
You will be the primary operations owner for our Automated Test Equipment (ATE). In this critical role, you will lead the transfer, optimization, and daily efficiency of ATE systems on the production line and for RMA processes, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and manufacturing standards.

You will report to the Production Engineering Manager.

What you will be doing:

ATE Transfer & Implementation: Lead the seamless transfer and integration of ATE systems from development into the mass production line, taking full end-to-end responsibility for the project.
Production & RMA Efficiency: Take absolute ownership of ATE performance. Drive continuous efficiency improvements, optimize test times, and streamline processes for both active production lines and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.
Test Infrastructure: Set up, install, validate, and maintain ATE test stations and infrastructure directly on the production floor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with ATE development, Hardware (HW), and R&D teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve complex test-related bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze ATE test data and yield metrics to proactively identify process improvements, increase throughput, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Technical Troubleshooting: Read, interpret, and analyze electrical schematics and technical data sheets to oversee production test processes and ensure adherence to standard specifications.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and executive presentations detailing root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and rigorous follow-ups.

We are looking for a Junior Production Testing Engineer to join our Operation Engineering department.
You will support the operations and maintenance of our Automated Test Equipment (ATE). In this role, you will assist in the transfer, optimization, and daily efficiency of ATE systems on the production line and for RMA processes, helping to ensure our products meet the highest quality and manufacturing standards.
